Stopped by through the drive thru for lunch today. Was greeted promptly with a friendly voice and order was taken. Got to the window and was greeted by a young man named Jacob. What a nice person..Friendly...professional and knowledgeable! My order came out promptly..fresh and pretty much to perfection.

I honestly have never been treated SO rudely idk why I ever go back idk why I am even shocked by this place!! What happened to the customer is always right I was rounded up on my order I had myself and 4 kids in the car luckily my daughter noticed on the drive through board that it said round up I told the window person that I wasn't asked to round up they look at the other worker and then look at me and say I know so and so always asks so you must have misheard them I nicely said no I was for sure not asked we all heard him clearly and the guy argued with me in front of my children and talked downtown me then they start laughing and treated us so awfully I spend a ton of money every week at this location I won't keep doing it half the time we are missing food or have the wrong stuff on top of being treated like this

This has by far been my worst experience at a Taco Bell. I mean no wonder they are hiring. not only did I wait almost 50 minutes for my order, the food was cold by the time I got it. The worker on the line took 3-5 minutes for every item in every single order. I watched as they made my Crunchwraps only to be abandoned on the side while they took even longer preparing what I believe to be some of the easiest menu items. They even had to unwrap my taco supremes because they somehow forgot that they already come with tomatoes on them! Everything was cold, the employee took far too long to make everything, not once did a manger intervene to help the employee on line or even instruct them to pick up the pace. I genuinely hope that the employees see this review and understand that there needs to be a change.

I'm no fan of taco bell. I strongly suggest going to Columbus, Ohio to get some authentic Mexican food (like Los Guachos or Taco Nice). That being said, I am a delivery driver and more often than not, they're slow and generally don't have any sense of urgency whatsoever. That being said, I haven't received any customer complaints about lack of order accuracy, so there's that.

My complaint is that you advertise street tacos or whatever on the digital sign in the drive thru. But no longer do you carry that. Make it make sense.

I dont know his name but the Mexican guy with tattoos I think he is a new guy , every time I go in to order he is always so kind and I love his energy! He went above and beyond to make sure my dining experience was excellent!

Went through the drive thru this evening. The gentleman working the window was great and definitely needs recognized for it. I have worked in retail, managed plenty of retail environments, plus fast food, and I would easily recruit him.

I’m not one to complain, because I never gotten anything bad from here. There was no waiting, I was the only one in line. Inside wasn’t busy. I ordered two chalupa‘s and they both were cold and hard I couldn’t even eat it. $10 for two and could only eat part of them. I’ve always have stopped there to get a couple of chalupas but I won’t again. I just hope I don’t end up sick. 🤢
