This Taco Bell has been the best in Newark/heath I’ve had nice employees everytime and whoever was making food around 3-4:30pm did a 10/10 job. Give the crew a pat on the back because this was probably my best Taco Bell experience so far 😂

This is hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to which is saying a lot! The first time I ever went there the food was cold and they didn’t even put cheese on my Nacho BellGrande. Usually, I will go somewhere closer to Columbus if we’re coming from Downtown or the Heath location. The second (and last) time we ordered DoorDash dash and it took 1.5 hours for the food. Never again!!!

Walked in, spent 15 minutes being ignored on front counter and walked out. I’m not sure what your problem is in this restaurant but your whole afternoon team on Tuesday September 30th probably doesn’t deserve jobs. Only person actively helping people is drive thru guy

I wish they would bring their chicken tenders back. That was some of the best chicken around. I don't know why they did away with it. I think the demand was so high they couldn't handle it

i've worked in food service my whole life and if i could give zero stars i would!!! staff is unbelievably bad at their job and messes up orders every. single. time. Management is pathetic and doesn't hold staff accountable. Management is also bad at resolving issues. NEVER EVER GET FROM HERE. i will be driving to the hebron location which is 20 minutes away if i want taco bell again.
I eat here alot usually they are slow but tonight they took over an hour to make my food i paid for extra cheese barely got any and didn't even get all my food i ordered I contacted customer service they just offered me 1 free item through email didn't even call me taco bell you need to get your act together

I walked in to get food , it was going good until i got my fries and they were cold i brought in the receipt and the fries and told me they don’t do refunds, so i had to buy a whole new bag of fries

worst experience I’ve ever had, I ordered my breakfast at around 10:40 then got to the Taco Bell at 11:0 one and they refused to give me my food or a refund. they then told me I could get a refund on the app, but said they didn’t know how and expected me to know how. Like that makes sense. if I could write a place in negative stars, I would rate this one -5.
