I dont know his name but the Mexican guy with tattoos I think he is a new guy , every time I go in to order he is always so kind and I love his energy! He went above and beyond to make sure my dining experience was excellent!

Went through the drive thru this evening. The gentleman working the window was great and definitely needs recognized for it. I have worked in retail, managed plenty of retail environments, plus fast food, and I would easily recruit him.

I’m not one to complain, because I never gotten anything bad from here. There was no waiting, I was the only one in line. Inside wasn’t busy. I ordered two chalupa‘s and they both were cold and hard I couldn’t even eat it. $10 for two and could only eat part of them. I’ve always have stopped there to get a couple of chalupas but I won’t again. I just hope I don’t end up sick. 🤢

Standard taco bell, service was slow but my order was right. Generally speaking and average fast food joint. We always have to check our order before leaving. Several times it has been wrong. Classic Taco Bell flavor nothing new.

Taco Bell what is going on? Everytime I order a side of the jalapeno sauce and never get it, I even pay for it and I never do... I got a chicken quesadilla and what is this... 4 piece of small chicken and some cheese and very little sauce. Its all in the middle of the quesadilla and wasn't made right. This is not how quesadillas are made. This is ridiculous. I have a pic of I can post it to show you. The quesadilla on your photos on your business does not look like the quesadilla I got. It's all in the middle and I have so much plain tortilla left over I can't even eat it cause there was so little of ingredients. Someone made this half ass and it's ridiculous. Plus it's not even cut and never got my extra sauce I paid for.

I went through the drive thru and told them I have an allergic reaction to tomatoes and not to put any on any of my food. Went home and thankfully checked everything I ate first because the gordita supreme was covered with tomatoes. I will not go back there again.

The manager needs a attitude adjustment. He almost got it from my husband. He made our order wrong. Then tried to tell us that's what we get. We will never be back and I am turning you in. We wasn't the only ones he flipped on. The female working fixed it while the so called manager did nothing to fix his mistake. Shame on you. You will see how bad he is when you lose business. Have come multiple times and got lunch through the app before 11, today was told I could not and would have to sit and wait the 30 minutes or cancel my order. The app wouldn’t allow me to cancel because I had been checked in by them. Offered no solution for their inconsistency, and mistake. Beyond ridiculous. When I did get my food, it was dripping in cold grease, and still didnt seem fresh in the slightest so unsure what the wait was for to get seemingly old food.
