Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews. It’s a Taco Bell. I’m a regular here (I’m talking multiple times a week) and I’ve never had any real issues. The staff are friendly and always do their best. It seems like some people expect this to be the Ritz Carlton. Read the room 😂

I took my grandsons. I ordered a nacho bellgrande with light beans extra meat. This is what I got, lighter is just to show size of box. The smallest bellgrande I ever saw and I know I paid extra for it too. I spent 32 dollars for that sad sad nacho bellgrande.

I have been here 20 min waiting on an online order. At least 5 people working (if you can call it that) and I’m still waiting. 2 more people have come in - nobody has even walked up to the counter to wait on them! Totally ridiculous 😡

My friends love Taco Bell so I’m here all the time after events. I’m talking at least 15 times this year. Not exaggerating when I say I haven’t had one good experience. They had a streak of 8x in a row of messing up my order and the wait always averages 30 minutes for food. Even if there’s no line

I live 2 miles from the Taco Bell on Dayton road in Newark Ohio. I’ve been to it a few dozen times since they opened. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They are Always Always Always out of stuff. Today it was chicken and Mexican pizza crust. I have only once been able to get everything I tried to order. I honestly don’t know how they legitimately have as many 5 star reviews as they do. Practically every negative review I have experienced. This makes me very sad to post this negative of a review but I feel people should know. I have given this location chance after chance. I think they would get better but they haven’t at all. I am done with this location no matter have close and convenient it is and will not be back. If you order inside it does take much longer to get your food than thru the drive thru but at least you can get your own silverware and sauce with they frequently don’t give you in the drive thru.

The staff are kind and honest about making mistakes it is 14 minutes from my house it is great there the staff are being trained so you do have to have a little more patience then with more experience staff but I still highly recommend it to everyone

I swear to God , they do not know how to prepare their products. Your food should have all ingredients spread EVENLY ! Soft taco supreme the same way, but nooooo. A itsy bitsy amount of meat ...really?
