The server we had on Sunday she was absolutely one of the best ones I've ever had at TJ's the last few times the service had been bad and the food was just horrible and the size of it was not up to expectations

Country fried steak was completely covered is gravy overlapping my eggs and hash browns. I had to scrape off a ton of gravy just to get to the steak and still gravy is all I tasted. The sirloin steak was so bloody it turned the mash potatoes rec and I asked for medium. Will not go back. Had to get up and get my own ketchup after asking the waitress.

I love Tee Jayes. I wish we had one in Dayton. We stop in each time we come to Newark. The barnyard buster is the bomb... the service is always polite and smiling.

We go on weekend mornings for breakfast. Sometimes it's busy and there's a wait. We always get the barnyard buster and it's always hot, fresh, and delicious. The price is perfect and easy on a budget. The waitress is always polite, quick, and tentative to our table. I love this place.

Astonished at what my family and I witnessed at this location today. A young woman came in screaming about one of the managers inappropriately being with one of the servers and how this happens frequently and for an establishment to be around this long and have this embarrassing act while people are trying to enjoy a meal is disturbing. My family and I will not be returning to this location

The food was tiny I ordered a waffle it was so mini and only one waffle. The place was fairly clean though. However there was a ton of drama between my server and the boss.

We were in town for a festival and I desperately wanted a good breakfast. We chose this spot and I'm so glad we did! We ended up going back for breakfast the next day too. Food was fire, servers were awesome, especially Zoie and Amanda. Y'all were so kind and attentive and really fun. Sad to go back to Massachusetts haha. Thanks again for a great experience! Give these two a raise!

The biscuit was OLD, crumbly and falling apart. Ordered my egg over medium well - it arrived over easy! Some of the potatoes were overcooked and the cinnamon roll was under cooked! On bright side, I applaud that your prices have remained very reasonable (haven't been to Tee Jaye's in over 20 years!). Our server, Zoie, was EXCELLENT!

I just got the Southern Mushroom omelette. It was good but it would have been a lot better if they hadn't forgotten the hollandaise sauce. It was takeout.
