My family absolutely loves Texas Roadhouse in Newark. The kids were so excited to go there tonight. My daughter and I both always order the 6oz and 8oz sirloin and my little one orders the bites. We were very disappointed to find out after our order came out that they were completely out of A1. We always eat A1 with our steak. My steak had zero seasoning. Yes I could have sent it back but for personal reasons that is not an option for me. The manager happen to come around as I was boxing up all our steak and was very apologetic and said that their shipment must have not arrived. I totally understand that things are delayed but we would have ordered something else if we had known.

Well, we were seated and our order was taken when we gave our drink order. Which took a few minutes, we finally got our drinks. Our order was supposed to be already put in and about 1520 minutes go by and my wife's salad comes out. And we realize when the salad comes out. That means our order just got put in to make a long story short. After our 45 to almost 50 minute wait. I got up and asked the manager to ask where my food was. She went and got my food and then came back with it. The food was cold and the explanation they give. So our food was only put in 22 minutes after we were sitting there over 45 minutes. But what have you this? Server obviously forgot so I brought question to this. And it was very upsetting, they treated me very rude. I wasn't allowed to complain. They told me to either put it in a box and take it home. Escorted me out. It was a very rude experience, and I eat there 2 to 3 times a week. And I tip very good 30 to 50 dollars a tip, and every server that ever served on me has nothing but rave. Reviews and my very loyal customer, but I won't ever come back to this place again. The service that was treated in the way I was treated. That manager is a horrible manager, and she. Yelled at me all the way out the door very rude experience and they tried to make us at fault because they went by the ticket time of 22 minutes. But the seat time was almost an hour.Regardless horrible service!!!!!!!

Carry out involves an inconvenient drive thru window and half hour wait. No napkins, utensils, ketchup, or slaw included with a bbq & fries. Bun was meh, though they added dinner rolls on the side as some kind of bread bonus. Fries were ok. Strange experience overall.

I ordered food to go ,14oz ribeye,6oz. Sirloin, and blossom cactus, along with the sides I ordered at 848 I was sitting in parking lot waiting for text to pick up which I got at 923. Went back to my hotel which is right next door and the warmest thing in by bag of food was the salad. I am very disappointed and will not ever be back here again thank god my room had a microwave

Great place but some jerk scratched my car backing in with his truck.
Wasn't too bad. Steak was dry, and the server did not come back to check on us until she brought the check even then, she ignored the fact I was trying to tell her my medium steak was like a dry paper towel. She ignored the fact we had two birthdays with us even after being told twice once when we sat, and once at the computer stand, we had to follow her to bc she just kept ignoring us. Spending $127 on a meal for 6 adults, you would expect better service and the employees to be dressed appropriately. I'm glad they're all proud of their bodies, but we don't all need to see their butts. the entire dining experience was awkward & disappointing. How do you not offer refills to a big table where the tip would've been great.... I know this is NOT their regular service they've been GREAT every other time. It was just NOT so great this last visit. Lazy and half dressed servers might be the new thing, idk... 🤔 with her hind end out for the world to see, that's not something a family-friendly restaurant should consider appropriate dress, there were teenage boys laughing and taking pictures all night trying to get shots of every servers hind end after seeing hers hanging out....
