We had a booking last night for a dome. It was not heated. After complaining, a broken heater was brought out. Instead of the promised “hot cider” for the welcome, the waiter brought iced water into our 49 degree F dome. Such a disappointing experience. We drove for three hours for this “experience”.
Before I share this review, I need you to know that I did email the hotel TWICE at the front desk email address listed on the website, and through the form on their website. I never received a response. So, I am sharing my story here. This is about the Igloo Dining. I paid $190 for a lackluster experience. Great bar and restaurant. Service was friendly and let us talk and visit with each other, we were not rushed. Relaxing atmosphere
