The staff at this venue was the most gracious and accommodating of any concert venue I’ve ever been to. Great space and sound, absolutely will be back at the first opportunity.

They should post on the website that the concert is standing room only !!! I recently had foot surgery and had no idea my ticket was not for a seat !!

Went for karaoke during the Thanksgiving one. It was very hectic. I don't know why they don't do it in the ballroom anymore. It's so crowded and stuffy, and trying to get a drink from the bar was absolutely insane with people. Just ditching and the line going back so far you didn't know what was line and what was people just standing because there was no seating almost at all. The worst part was for karaoke. The people that run it were late and not only that, but they were almost the only ones that actually got to go up and sing. Of course, live music is great and it's great that they sing well, but I think only like two other people got a chance to sing that weren't the same three people rotating. We were there for an hour and a half waiting to be able to have someone else go up from our group and ended up having to leave before it even happened and at that point it was already after 11:00. They just need some kind of rotation or something to make it worth it. It wasn't a concert show. It was supposed to be karaoke night and it's supposed to be enjoyable.

Went to their Thanksgiving eve karaoke and my family wasn't even able to go up. They not only started karaoke over an hour after it was scheduled to start, but they allowed the same 5 people to queue up song after song. By the time I got my song queued up there were 25 songs before me (again the same 5 people). I wasn't even able go up and my sisters song was removed from the queue before ever calling her name. I complained to the bar but they just blamed the person they brought in to do the karaoke. I'm super disappointed because I thought it'd be a fun time, but my whole family left without once going up despite being there for 3 hours. On top of these issues, the bar area is extremely cramped since they had the second floor with the stage closed. Everyone was gathered around the bar and you had to fight your way in to order a drink, and when you could finally order, the bartenders were not very fast. With 2 bartenders, they had a tendency to still only serve one person at a time and it would take them a long time just to make a soda with liquor in it, as well as forgetting my order before taking another one.Update: I found out from other posts from 31 west that the 5 consisted mostly (if not all) of their open mic night regulars. So now we have a case of blatant favoritism. It's so nice to see that 31 west favors musicians who practice regularly over normal people just trying to have fun.

Me and my family went to the Thanksgiving karaoke night and it was a disaster. There was hardly any seating, but the whole building was crowded with people. The person running karaoke was over a half an hour late and then the whole night only the same 4 or 5 people were able to sing karaoke even though there were a ton of people who signed up to sing. We waited an hour and a half for someone from our group to be able to go up but we ended leaving because it got so late, and to make it worse my sister and niece that signed up to sing got booted off the list completely. We found out later that those same 4 people who kept going up for karaoke are regulars there for open mic night. Which is fine if they want to do karaoke too. But having only them sing and not letting any of other the other dozen of people that came for karaoke sing is just wrong.

The Reissues put on consistently brilliant shows. They never disappoint.
