This place is disgusting for the simple fact, that if you're just passing through and happen to pick that place to stop just to pee. They tell you you have to buy something to use the bathroom. It's absolutely absurd to try and make me pay just to use the restroom. Had the bathrooms locked so you couldn't use them.

Not exactly sure why I keep getting food from here. Worst food I have ever had and 85% of the time its wrong. Tonight, ordered on Door Dash, everything was wrong and was so cold I had to re heat in my microwave. Amd my dasher did not have multi dashes .. besides my nuggets and never got my drink with my combo. Managment can and ahould do better with this location

Last night's visit provided insight into the establishment's operations. The manager on duty faced difficulties in covering the front counter during a colleague's break, resulting in my order being repeated five times and still incorrect. The remaining staff, excluding the individual on break, appeared uncertain, possibly due to the influence of unauthorized substances, hindering their ability to cope. The manager's pacing and self-conversation, evoking the image of an over-stimulated individual, suggested difficulties in performing fundamental tasks or recalling straightforward procedures, such as clearing orders from the screen or distinguishing between cleaning chemicals. The environment was further compromised by the simultaneous playback of music from multiple devices. I would advise against allowing minors to work in this setting.

Wendy's downtown is the last resort if you don't want to drive far. Out of all the staff only two have great customer service.
Worst Wendy's ever. There's always a wait and good chance your order will be wrong. I just waited 20 minutes for a kids meal and a chicken sandwich. Worst Wendy's ever
