All because the blonde haired employee knew me from another location probably. Discriminated against and accidentally threw away my debit card being upset back in December. Tg no one found it. Will never go there or to Ohio ever again.

I stopped in the morning with my daughter to get a honey butter chicken biscuit combo and a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit combo. Both sandwiches were messed up. We went in this morning on our way to church, and the same lady was working on the register, so she remembered us and our order. I told her about the situation, and she said they couldn't make things right because I should have said something yesterday. We got our order to go and went to Columbus to see a concert. I just really find it truly sad that this restaurant would not make things right by us. Hopefully, in the future, things will change in that respect.

The young girl at the drive-thru was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and personable. Best drive thru experience I've had at a Wendy's ever! It was about 10:15-10:30. Nice girl. The cheeseburger.. well... I don't normally eat fast food so.. ?

Well isn't this disappointing. 11.27 for a meal and the burger comes with dry patties, a hint of ketchup, hint of mayo, small piece of lettuce, single slice of tomato, single slice of onion.I inquired with the staff and got a shrug and then turned away.Inside of restaurant had bad odor as well.Troubling experience.

Arrived around 6pm on a Saturday evening to eat dinner in the dining room, and enjoy the Christmas lights on the square. The dining room was closed!! Drive through was open, but from entering the LONG line to actually receiving our order, was approximately a 30 minute wait. At the window I realized an item I hadn't ordered was on my receipt. Also had to ask for 2 items that I did order to be given to us. AND found out AFTER pulling away that we received no straws or spoons.
The Wendy’s downtown Newark is by far the worst Wendy’s. The morning crew downtown are great ? Food is a 5 and customer service is a 5 for the morning crew at this location. But the evening crew are friendly but the food your being served and the wait time here is definitely sub par.

This place is trash for real waited for over 20 minutes to get my order taken and they forgot my son's drink they just shut the window so I'm waving trying to get the workers attention I said I need my other drink and hands it to me with the lid not even on and I get home and my son's baconator fries are a waste the bacon was beyond burnt couldn't even eat it I tried to call them to get a replacement and got no answer

Food was hot and fresh. I love the Downtown Newark location. They are on the ball. I rarely ever am missing anything when I go there unlike other locations. Staff is friendly.
