Awful. Came here 1/9/25 around 5 pm and got Norovirus. I know I got it here bc I didn’t go anywhere else that day. Around 2 am I found myself throwing up my entire meal and on the toilet until 5 pm. I was in the hospital till 1/11/25. Eat at your own risk.

On November 25 2024, 8:30p.m. My husband and I bought food there. The service attitude of the staff was very bad: 1 staff was very sleepy and lazy, another staff wore headphones and didn't care what my husband ordered. They didn't give us straws even though my husband asked them. And what was worse was when I opened a chicken sandwich, they had already eaten half of it and still wrapped it up and gave it to us. After that, my husband sent an email to complain about the staff's poor service attitude but did not receive any response from Wendy. We will always remember the terrible service we received from Wendy's there. And will never buy Wendy's food at this location again. It was a very rainy evening.We had to drive there, the staff was indifferent. The drink was missing a straw even though I asked many times, the chicken sandwich was half eaten by someone, with saliva still on it. Thinking back, I still find it disgusting. Bad attitude from staff to manager 👎🏻

Went in about 730pm and told cashier Nathaniel ( VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) I wanted baconator fries 3 times and we get our food and no baconator fries then said we never order them and we had to wait 20 minutes for them to get them after we already ate everything else . But not to mention it was 100 degrees in the store and everyone in there was complicating about it and we asked them to turn it down and they said no and my mom that ordered behind us had to wait 20 minutes for her 10 pieces chicken nuggets
Pop machine the last two days has had nothing in it
The counter and the table were disgusting
No one is wearing name tags
The floor in front of pop machine is disgusting
Wendy's do better
We were in last night too and watch one of the employees grab the chicken nuggets bare hands and move them from one side to the other side DISGUSTING

Went through the Drive-thru last night. Fries were old and luke warm. I've come to expect that this is always a gamble at this location. However, what led me to leave a review, was that I was served a chicken sandwich, that was half-eaten and then wrapped in the tinfoil wrapper to appear to be whole.

I was driving, and happened to glance down at the sandwich an noticed that half of it was missing. Absolutely disgusting.

What happened to the burgers, I got a Dave's single, it was a thin tiny lukewarm sad thing. The chili was really good thankfully, but my husband got a bacon cheeseburger and he said it was barely warm and tiny also. We will be going to Sonic from now on! If you can't taste meat in your sandwich you have failed.

I’ve never written a review before but after my experience at this Wendy’s I had to. I order through grub hub for pick up I go and they say we don’t see it in the system so just give it a minute. 15 minutes go by and no one says anything to me. I eventually go back to the counter and they say they still don’t see it. I show them the order and that it’s for the location they go talk to the manager and come back and say sorry to bad there’s nothing we can do. Food I already paid for had a receipt of and they say to bad with no help whatsoever. This is a terribly run business.

They're literally smoking inside the building 15 minutes before closing. Person seemed very upset I came 20 minutes before closing for food. I'd understand if it was 5 minutes before closing but its 20 minutes.

Place was dirty, ketchup was empty and the worker just shrugged when asked. The workers seemed to not care for anything...... What's crazy to be is it was 7pm and supposedly it's management rule to not make anymore baked potatoes until close. That means no baked potatoes for 5 hours of their day. Whoever management is, should've been fired long ago.

Lots of rude employees there, and their food is subpar every time I’ve gone myself, you’re either going to get soggy, cold, old, poor or wrongly made food majority of the time. Go to literally ANY of the others in the surrounding area instead of wasting your time here.
