Very dirty. I was just fired from this Wendys because I turned the GM ( Jess ) in for not coming to work but still clocks in for 50 hours. She terminated me because of that. What kind of GM gives out ex employees addresses off a secured computer for me to do harm to this person because there is no way an employee gets this with out a manager. Jess is not a professional person.

I just worked here at this Wendys and was fired by Jess the Gm because she kept not wanting to pay me for time I worked so I had to go to HR and I told them she never comes to work when she is supposed to and she fired me because it. She wanted paper work from when I got hurt but I gave them to HR and she still wanted papers. The place is dirty as hell workers steal money and manager and myself have to cover it. The place is a joke. The only ones you can get good service from is from Tim and Katrina. If the place had cameras inside that whole place wouldn’t have employees.the owner needs to think about finding a new GM or be on her makes she she’s doing her job not firing for speaking the truth.

Every time I come through the drive-thru, I’m met with someone who seems like they would rather be doing anything other than taking my order. I gave a 50 dollar bill for a 32 dollar order, and the cashier got all pissy about it because the manager had to come unlock her drawer.Though it is my fault for returning the times that I have, every time I come back to this establishment they get my order wrong. If you want good Wendys, go the extra distance for the one in Heath. This is a sad excuse for a fast food joint.

I recently ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget meal at your location. Unfortunately, I only received 9 nuggets in the box. Additionally, while I ordered a large fry, the container wasn't filled completely. It seems unlikely that an employee wouldn't notice this underfilled container. To make matters worse, the few fries I did receive were undercooked. Your slogan is "Quality is our recipe," but this experience suggests your location needs to revisit that recipe. Overall, my visit was very lackluster.

Everytime I get food here it's very cold & stale. Horrible customer service. & it's just not a friendly, fun atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's. Fast food is already very unhealthy & they have found a way to make it more unhealthy. The people who work here look strung out. ( I'm a recovering addict. ) I don't say this to judge but the times i do come here, peoples eyes are glossy & red. The male workers sag thier pants & don't greet you properly. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Just plain out disgusting.

They forgot my nuggets and kids sauce. Every time they jack up the order.This time we placed a mobile order and arrived here about 15 minutes later then had to watch the kid behind the counter itching his face no gloves and everyone no gloves on. Also had to wait for about 20 minutes in the store after arriving. They kept passing food out the drive thru and then ran out of fries even though we ordered over 30 minutes ago. Would love for anyone who cares from Wendy's to contact me if they care at all about that thing called customer service. Maybe they don't know what that is anymore.

Very, crystal, clear.Hamburgers, no cheese, Not cheeseburgers, hamburgers, specifically due to lactose intolerance of a patron.After stating no cheese multiple times, multiple ways...giving the reason why and being assured it would be cheese free...STILL HAD CHEESE.Come on. What's the big deal here?
