Decided to swing by here for dinner, ordered 2 combo meals in the drive through and upon opening one of the burgers after getting home there was a very long hair that was crusted into the side of the son of baconator my wife wanted. Very disappointing.

So this is how you get your order of Baconator fries and saucy nuggets. So lazy that they can’t even get a bigger bag to put your order in. The manager should be ashamed of them self for letting there employees do peoples food like this!!!!!! An to top it off only got 3 napkins like damn does the cost of the napkins come out of the workers pay cause you would think it must….

I never leave reviews but this one I had to. Pulled up to the drive through at 10:15 to order breakfast, which they serve until 10:30!!!! And was told someone had a $40 order and “wiped them out of breakfast food”. Then make more? On top of that the food is normally cold and gross anyways. I won’t be back to this location

We tried going to the Wendy's on Dayton road. The dining room was locked at 8:30 am. We went to the drive through and watched four vehicles leave the line because the service is horrible. If that Wendy's can't do any better than that they might as well close. We ended going to the Wendy's in Heath and the service there was great.

They don’t give us what we want, forgetting things, taking over 30 mins
They are slower than other Wendy's in town. Not sure why but they always have the drive thru park. (For a guy who goes 3x a week, they consistently have me take a parking spot when I do the drive thru. Even when no one else is in line... No way that could be helpful to them? It just adds a walk for the food.
