Couldn’t get anyone to take my order when I was the only one at the register and two customers waiting for their order. This was around 12:45. One employee filled the two orders and ignored me while another employee engaged in conversation with a waiting customer. Waited approximately 5 minutes before leaving and going elsewhere for lunch.

Easy to access from highway. It's a one stop shop with the gas station there also . They are under new management quite frequently, maybe this time they will get someone in there to pull it all

Out of baked potatoes, didn't bother to tell us! The unsweetened tea tasted like bleach. Called store, kid was clueless, single sandwich missing lettuce, fries cold,soggy. Ordered off app and had to wait, this is the worse Wendy's in Newark, said it for years, yet try to give them another chance every six months and always regret it!

Food was not right the 1st or 2nd. Time. Couldn't hear the woman talking bc the other workers were being so loud. And then had to wait 14 more minutes for them to bring my food out.

So, I love Wendy's just as much as the next person but let me tell you, this Wendy's is on Point! My cashier, Crystal was awesome! I was already in awe of the idea of a chocolate peppermint frosty ???to go along with my Spicy Chicken (sub Honey Mustard instead of mayo, of course) & sour cream & chive baked potato (3 sour cream, 2 butter, 1 salt, 4 pepper)... Crystal made the Frostys & made sure I was happy with the proportions of chocolate to peppermint (mind blown in the best way! ?). Not only that, she made sure I got all the right condiments I requested along with plasticware & napkins... and the icing on this delightful Wendy's cake... THE FOOD WAS PERFECT! My spicy chicken sandwich was juicy and actually spicy & the quality of the chicken... thank you... no more tough, stringy chicken... and my baked potato was awesome & not over baked into mush! ?? Bravo!
You have to check bag every time, orders are always wrong. I swear I won't go back, but I love their burgers.
