I ordered a carryout order that I was told would be ready in 50 minutes. I already thought that sounded like a long time but we were about 40 minutes away so no big deal. When I got there (which was 15 minutes late btw) my order was not ready... as a matter of fact, there were probably about 15 other customers packed inside of the little lobby waiting on orders. After talking with them, most have been in there waiting for about an hour! So my order was supposed to be ready at 6:35pm, I got there at 6:50pm. I decided to take my chances and wait it out for a bit. After an additional 25 minutes, not 1 person was served. After several others left frustrated, I decided to ask a worker how much longer it might be, she told me around 8pm! This is simply unacceptable. You tell ppl a pick up time and when they get there you tell them it will be another hour and a half? Come on! Im soooo glad I didn't pay online! Most ppl did so walking away wasn't much of an option for them. Never again will I waste my time on this place! No wonder Pizza Huts are going under...

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE everybody here is very lazy and ignorant to anyone that calls in im the girl that put in the sweet chili order with all flats the guy NEVER told me they dont do all flats and i wasted my money, this is so disgusting dont eat here and the sweet chili wings were SO HARD very unprofessional and need to be shut down and the bbb will be hearing about this nasty place GET BETTER WORKERS lady told me i shouldve called the day before WHEN IT WAS A 8 O CLOCK ORDER THAT NOBODY ATE terrible
