This location food is sometimes good sometimes bad. They are often out of things but usually isn't a big deal to me because they atleast call to let you know. I will not be back. My last visit the employee commented to a group of people about how they don't understand how people come in here everyday. Which we do. Which I find extremely rude. Considering that my girlfriend is pregnant and we don't have access to a microwave while we work all night there's limited options. I guess the subway will no longer be a option as well.

The girl that was working was rude and slow. She was in the phone basically through our whole transaction. Just seem like she didn't want to be there and hated her life and job. Please get some new workers in there.

The food is actually good when they are actually open and the system is not down. I have now been here at 12 and at 3 am and apparently they do system updates at both of these times and can’t assist the customer

Im a blk woman (u will see y this matters later) I was waiting for ten mins to get my food made. The older ladies always move very alow. The older lady with the black glasses who been there for years finally was ready to make my sandwich when a man named Keith walks in. He had a mobile order that came after I arrived. She told him he is vip and he gets his food before mine even tho I was there first. The one lady saw what happened and she came to make my food I told her Ty bc I been here then Keith said I should have ordered off the app I asked him not to talk to me he wouldn't leave me alone. I made a comment and used the phrase people like u he assumed I was referencing race he began to say he was from the ghetto too and probably more ghetto than me. he got loud in my face I began to record him. I been going to this subway for years but I won't be back for some time even the bald manager from the gasstion told the lady she should have taken my order first. She tried to go back and forth with me to explain she serviced him first bc mobile orders are priority.

One of the slowest subways ever. This is the third time doing an online order. Always the same; not ready when it says its ready. Today I put in an order at 12:34pm, says ready by 12:45, get to store at 1:00 and they have not started on my order yet. Still took 14 minutes to make. And always out something. Today was tomatoes.

Every time I come it’s a problem, no ingredients no staff or the staff on drugs. “The manager” attitude nasty and she always seem like she mad cause she working, and either stole my food or gave it to someone else but refused to remake my order for lunch at 12:30 am

Not great. Inside of a gas station, so it’s to be expected. The food turned out ok. A customer had to call out a an employee to wash their hands before serving customers. The guy who made our sandwich seemed out of it and loaded it up with meat, which was nice, but he nearly put cucumbers on our sandwich after we said spinach at least 3 times.

My Husband went in at 1:20pm to get us lunch. He waited 10 min in line , the lady who was making the guys food in front of my husband told my husband she was closed & couldn’t make his order or the other guys order because she was closing the subway because no one was coming in to work. How ridiculous ,then she told him she has to come in in the morning & she’s leaving !!!! I was told by BP employee that she is a manager for subway??????? How is that possible with that kind of attitude??? A manager don’t do that, you stay there until the next person comes in. That’s why you’re the manager!!!! You need to hire someone who takes pride in their job being a manager, she’s really making subway look really bad 100%. We won’t stop there again !!!!!!!! She needs fired!!!!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE at this location! This is the 2nd time I’ve order from this place on the subway mobile app and the app said my order was ready, but when I arrive, I’m having to wait for a long time before my sandwich was made. In the time I was waiting, I went and filled up air in my tires and pumped gas and still waited. I’ll be going to the other one, further down the street from me, in the future. The food is always so so and the lettuce is often brownish, where at other locations this is not the case. Subway Corp please fix it! Make it make sense smh
