We seated ourselves and both ordered sausage gravy and biscuits. We waited approximately 30 minutes and received biscuits that where doughy and barely cooked the gravy was cold in the center, signaling that they plated everything cold and just threw it in the microwave. I also got a side of hash browns that got set on a cold plate and sat somewhere dying because what I got was lukewarm at best. Overall the only thing I enjoyed was the coffee and the company of my lovely girlfriend.

After moving out of Ohio 9 years ago, April's was my first stop when I returned for a visit. It did not disappoint. The food is seriously good home style cooking and the staff is as friendly as I remember.

Wonderful food. We had breakfast and it was great. Server was great! Our first time being there. My brother-in-law and my sister has gone there for over 35 years or more. A wonderful diner.

Not impressed. Not much of a selection on the menu.
I went to April's country kitchen with my mom the other day and when we got our food it was dry and it was undercooked and the same day we ate there I got food poisoning from undercooked food I used to love this place it was a really nice place to go great staff and everything but undercooked food and getting sick from there that's not good anymore.

The wait was 40 minutes for bacon and eggs and a sandwich and it was only mediocre they did not have a soda fountain they just had water jugs and 2 liters pop bottle the drinks were warm and there were stains on the carpet the reason why it is 2 star is because the waitress was very nice verdict not recommended to you unless you have 40 minutes of your life to waste waiting on mediocre food

Great diner experience. Good breakfast options and liver & onions worthy of a southern state. Servers are straight to the point. No grits.
