Order was 70.00 had a 20percent discount offer that didn't show up so I called them to see if they could fix it and they said I was just stuck with not getting the discount so there customer service is terrible and that determines if they will get any more of my business we keep trying but that's why we like Damon's customer service UPDATE I received a call and a credit for my purchase we are blessed to have this business in our small community and getting good help that actually helps customers is a struggle business owners keep the good employees and take care of them there hard to find I'm thankful for the refund and the fact that they are in the community and I appreciate them and recomend there food

Our order was $70.00 and they offered a 20% discount however we didn't get the discount on the price and I called them to ask about them fixing the problem and they said that we were just stuck with it and no discount as advertised and terrible customer service that's why we love Damon's but we were trying something new so watch the bill because you're not going to get any help getting it fixed from this place

So I have one medium pizza delivered I live maybe not even 4 minutes from the store and my delivery driver hands me the pizza when he gets here and I say thank you but before I could go get the tip for him he walks away fast before I could get it then goes “thanks for the tip “ sarcastically and was rude his name was

Never have an issue with my order, it's always correct and usually done when the app says it is. Friendly staff too.
Parking: Not the stores fault, parking does normally leave you with a fairly sizable blind spot when backing out to leave. Seems all the people who driver bigger vehicles have a need to park on the right side of the parking lot, so you can't see oncoming traffic when leaving. Not the stores fault though, just lack of common sense, one day someone will get hurt though.

Also would like to add, deliveries are always punctual, food still looks fresh out of the oven when it arrives, and the drivers are so polite and courteous. I usually don’t buy chain pizza too often and when I do I usually go to New Phila. I’m halfway in between there and Newcomerstown. Tonight I got Dominos in Newcomerstown and it had to be hands down the best pizza I’ve had in awhile. It seems like every time I get pizza anywhere it is dripping with grease. Not tonight! It was so good! I was craving pizza bad and that definitely hit the spot! So thanks to the crew tonight for making me some awesome food! Also when I got there it was ready and all my squads were there and my 2 liter! Thanks for the great service! I will be back!
