Would leave no stars if i could ...Place a order at 10:18am for breakfast on the McDonald's app and paid for it got to the drive thru at 10:33am to pick my food up and was denied my food since it was after 10:30am spoke with the manager Jessica which was absolutely no help.now i have to wait 1 to 7 business days to get my refund no where in McDonald's policy or procedures does it state you will not get your food if you arrive after 10:30am after ordering and paying for it on the McDonald's app. I will be reporting this to customer service tomorrow

Asked for ice coffee with just cream no sugar and they said it couldn't be done which is bogus other mcdonalds do it. I am pretty sure this one has done it aswell before. They also put me on hold and ordered two people thru in the other window in the meantime. Ended up getting some sugerfree aspertain bs which I specifically told them I didn't want

The washrooms are so nasty I can't ever go back in that place again. Went on Saturday afternoon it was not that busy, however the washrooms and I'm talking men's and woman's had diarrhea on the floors toilets and even the walls. Yep, that's right, even the walls, that's not even the worst part. The sinks don't work, so there's folks walking around that place with unwashed hands.

The quality and speediness of service here has officially bottomed out as of 10/24. Morning service is okay but anything after 6:00 p.m. is at least 15-20 minute wait in line most of the time, and if it's late at night forget about it Even though they're supposed to be open they say they are closed when you pull up to the drive-thru.

Absolutely the best Rotten Rons I ve ever been to!!!!!! Food was clean! And the place was delicious!!!! I sweat Grimis took my order!!!!!! I was star struck!!!!!! Happy meal? Or Happy ending?? A must stop for everyone!!!!
