This subway is by far the best as far as quality made subs and all foods on menu ,it's the cleanest, and fastest service place ,I usually go in the evening so kudos to the staff. 10 outta 10.anx and if you order a dozen of Oatmeal Raisin cookies 🍪 you can ask for a little crispier cookies 😋 love it. Newcomerstown Ohio. #1.

We walked in when and were greeted by an older woman who decided her best way to spend her time was bossing around a younger kid who was already doing the work. She'd interrupt her to tell her to do what she was already doing. Then this woman proceeded to destroy the sandwich that I ordered completely ripping the bread all the way down the length of it and in multiple spots across wires. When I pointed it out she smuggly said what and continued rapping it. She was the worst mannered woman ever. We will never return to this location again.

Ordered online. App said my sub was paid for and ready for pickup. Store claims they didn't get my order. My bank shows Subway paid $6.99. Do NOT eat at this scam restaurant. I'm filing with the Better Business Bureau and every social media platform. All they had to do was make the sub I paid for.

Consistently fail to get the delivery order correct. Pay extra for double meat? Not on the sandwich. Pay extra for avocado? Not on the sandwich. Get a salad with extra ranch? No dressing in the bag. Every single time.

This subway used to have great employees but the dinner time employees I’ve had the last few visits have been terrible the girl could not focus or listen to anything that the customers have told her and the guy kept wandering around the store aimlessly the subs were messy and cold by the time they got around to putting toppings on them. Please do better.

This location has some pretty great employees, but my complaint would be that the drink machine is often down for EXTENDED periods of time. This forces you to buy a bottled drink, and it costs more than the fountain drinks, and you get less. They could at least match the fountain drinks prices until they get the machine fixed considering I'm paying more for less by being forced the upcharge for an bottled drink with my meal. It's not the first time this new machine has been down for a long period of time. At least make some sweet tea... How long does it take to fix a drink machine???? Come on, Mr. Owner. You're charging enough in this town, how about taking care of things like this a little quicker?
