One of the shittiest places I've been to. They weren't rude to us but seen them be rude to other costumes that were here for an hour waiting on there food... Expect at least a half hour to an hour wait if u pay with cash and card

I don't know if this was because it was a Sunday night but they were out of 1) water for the ice machine 2) hard shell tacos 3) large drink cups. None of this information was made available to users who came in and ordered directly off the machine. One guy who had purchased a large drink was instead given a medium cup and a small cup! And the floor around the drink machine and beyond was sticky. Credit to the staff for trying to make the best of the situation.

I ordered a soft taco Supreme and cinnamon twists at 10pm. I was in the drive through line for almost 15 minutes, I wasn't asked if I wanted any sauce, and the cinnamon twists tasted like burnt fryer oil.

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 of the same burritos. I was only given 1 burrito. It’s disappointing that the workers can’t do a simple job of giving me two burritos that I paid for. These people are getting paid to do a job and they can’t even do it right. Every fast food worker in Newcomerstown lacks the common sense to do their job correctly.
