The bathrooms are disgusting in men's and women's rooms. Thank goodness the only stall with an empty toilet bowl was dark, what I could see looking super gross. Food was ok, but they were completely out of all pops besides diets.

It was very disappointing. We got the son of baconnator meal. The cheese burger was smothered in ketchup, to the point that was whole flavor of sandwich. .

Went in for current advertised deal. Person in front of me received the deal then I ordered same. Was told deal was over no longer available. The customer right in front of me just got the deal!!! They said sorry not available. So they pick and choose who gets the advertised deals here.

The drive through window gave out hot sauce packets, instead of ketchup, with my nuggets & fries for my grandkids. I caught it before they opened the packets, but wow.... Just wow!!

This location was terrible the bathrooms we're absolutely disgusting one of the worst bathrooms I've ever been in in an establishment not to mention the service was terrible waited 20 minutes just to get our food and there was nobody in the parking lot will not return for a second visit

I ordered two taco salads and our order was not correct even though as I found out later, Wes the manager took my order and watched it being filled. We received no cheese or tortilla strips. The salad used to come with sour cream. None of that either. I called to let them know and they said sorry. I said I would head back to pick up the missing items. I returned and ask for the manager. This is when I discovered the person who took my order and filled it originally was Wes the manager. I shared that our lettuce was also slimy. He said ‘they pack those in the morning so that might explain it.’ My response was not likely the lettuce came out of a bag, was spring mix not romaine and doesn’t get slimy if it is fresh. The bottom line is the lettuce was not fresh. Sad that they can’t get it together with a manager supervising. Seems like they need to re-train management.
I ordered a burger and chili, and the chili was bad, as in not edible. It made me sick. They really need to ensure that the food they are serving is fresh and not past its expiration. The burger was good and the service was good as well.
