My wife and I ate here, beef smelled, my sandwich was smaller than hers, later that night we both ended up sick. Will never return to this store ever again. They really didn't care about how the meal was bagged or anything. Arby's has really went down hill over the last few years, shame too, I used to eat here daily, no more, I'll find another one that isn't trying to kill people.

The New Steak nugget Mac and cheese bowl was room temperature. The steak nuggets are very dry. The Juicy Deluxe burger is NOT juicy. Tastes like weird school lunch beef. This is why I haven’t been to Arby’s in many years. They don’t have the meat.

Multiple order issues most recently went in and ordered a double beef and cheddar with bacon. Somehow managed to get a double roast beef add bacon. Previous to this i ordered my girlfriend a lemonade and got a coke. Previous to that they managed to give crinkle instead of curly fries. I have multiple issues and they need fixed

Jody is one of if not the rudest worker I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to.
She was snippy and rude from the moment I drove up to the speaker.
I will NOT be coming back, this restaurant has been going downhill but this really puts the cherry on it for me.

Picked up my Uber order and it was canceled right after I left. So we were able to actually afford Arby’s. 3 of my children and I battled over a single beef and cheddar a curly fry and a root beer. I lost the battle and none were truly satisfied. But it was great! 5 stars.

To be honest, usually I do a drive thru for fast food places but for some reason decided to come in today to dine.
The food, music, atmosphere, employees were all great but was disappointed to find that no one actually cleans. Garbage was overflowing at the condiment table. Finding a clean table was an interesting venture. I think it would be alright if they could put up a self service cleaning station in the dining area so I could’ve at least had a clean table….i won’t sweep or mop the floors though, dirt on the floors were obviously dried mud marks & it hasn’t rained for a couple days.

I ordered a chicken wrap & the same for my daughter but with fries a Ruben sandwich & ALL of the food was cold & I'm not even 5 minutes away from the place! It was noon when I got there. I should of took it back but I had an appointment to go to. $33 is way to much to be paying for old cold food! I'm definitely checking my food before I leave the place from now on.
