I order a medium blizzard with extra mix-ins because I heard the owner or gm was stingy as hell. Well little did I know that ordering and paying for extra wasn't even going to get me a normal amount. It was still 95% ice cream. Never again. I hope that place gets closed down once dunckin opens

They had our order done by the time we filled up our drinks it seemed and we ordered burgers

Didn't get what I ordered. And last week they did a pineapple blizzard for me, but today when I ordered it, I was told they couldn't . What is up with this? I guess I have to drive to Warren. Oh well, learn and move on.

Slowly going downhill on quality. This is a medium hot fudge sundae + peanut butter. Took them two tries to remember the peanut butter.

I had a problem with the DQ app n the girl in the window was very patient and helpful and the manager she was great, made my frustration eased.

This is like fourth time going and they always mess up my order. Today went to get two shakes vanilla and banana shakes and they give me a chocolate shake instead of vanilla and tell me I ordered wrong which I didn’t. Then they didn’t put the lid on all the way I get home and go get out the car and the lid comes off and my shake goes all over the parking lot. This is not a good place to go and I don’t like the customer service they put the order in wrong and want to blame me.

Great blizzard,a little slow in the drive thru because the person 2 cars ahead had ordered a large amount of hot food.he should of been asked to pull ahead so the people behind with small orders could be served.the car in front of me drove off all he ordered was a banana milkshake and had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru lane.

New store, super clean and great service.

Staff treat you like an inconvenience. Hot food is rarely hot when received right out if the drive through. Asking for any condiments or napkins is a sin.
