Waited about 15 mins at the window to get our 4 hot coffees. Only 1 was hot the 3 lattes came out ice cold. Not even luke warm. Bad service. Worse coffee.

This is the slowest dunkin’ donuts i have EVER been too. I literally waited for TEN minutes and it moved two cars and still waited an additional five minutes for the car in front of me! Ridiculous. I would give zero stars if i could. I wanted to leave the line but five more cars were stuck waiting behind me too!

Ordered grilled cheese. The bread wasn't grilled. The cheese wasn't melted. Went back in. Asked for it to be regrilled Or a new grilled cheese after I already took a bite they just put it back on the grill with a bite taken out. Gave it back and had only grilled one side. I asked for avocado toast with bacon and it had the two smallest pieces of bacon I've ever seen in my life on it and it wasn't toasted.

If you love your coffee made wrong almost every single time and if you love drinking tons of coffee grounds in your ice coffee go here! Also if you love getting black tea with creamer in it instead of an ice cofee this is your place! I have completely given up on this location which saddens me because it's the closest around. I have tried on multiple occasions to give them another shot but it's just never correct. The management is terrible and it shows bc these people can't even brew a batch of coffee correctly. Cold brew tastes like it was brewed weeks prior. Just avoid the hassle and drive somewhere else because this place is terrible. Never been a person to contact corporate but definitely did this time and will continue to do so until something changes. People work to hard for their money for it to be wasted. Take a look at the other reviews left. Sad.

Went to Dunkin at 10:30 am and sat in line 10 minutes. The lane I was in moved up 3 cars then sat for 10 minutes. I had to call the store to ask them to answer the other lane so I could either get out or move thur. The girl that answered the phone said “We are short staffed” with and attitude. I said OK but not answering the other lane for 10 minutes while the other lane moved 7 cars through in that amount of time period is no excuse. If you can’t employee competent management then you mys well close your doors. You could have closed a lane if it was just too much to answer both lanes. Anyone with a brain that has never worked management would know that. Once the person in front of me was finally answered over the speaker he ordered donuts and was told “I really don’t have any donuts right now” it’s 10:30 am on a Sunday and your name is Donuts. Come on Dunkin really??? This store just opened and is already having complaints.

What kind of a Dunkin is not willing to do a pup cup??!?!!! This one. They will put whipped cream on your coffee, but they will not put it in a cup for your dog. Needless to say, I didn’t bother to purchase anything & I will never be back.
