This place went from being the best to the worst place ever! If you order delivery from this place make sure you aren't getting charged twice! They use Door dash so they can charge you and then they'll charge you again once delivered. Even after door dash cancels your orders and keeps your money anyways then the manager will make it seem like it's not their fault and charges you again saying they don't deal with door dash! They are crooked there so be careful!

Pizza was burnt and inedible. No offer for a remake or even an order of breadsticks to make up for it. I got a generic email. If you have so many complaints that you’re sending out generic emails, you need to rethink what you’re doing

I have had some issues in the past and they always fix it! But we just ordered pizza and wings and it's the best pizza we have had from pizza hut! I even called to ask who made the pizza after we got home.. her name is Savanah..great job!

Ever since the new GM took over, this place has gotten much better. The food is better quality and the customer service is so much better. The manger is very friendly & pretty awesome.
Burnt out, should have learned first time when order/customer service was poor. Gave it another try. Customer service by “manager” was worse yet. Done.

Ordered pizza hut, the app said wait time was 15 minutes, we pull in the employee says they are cleaning the wing fryer it should be another 10 minutes, 15 minutes go by we pull back up again and the manager says they are cooking and says it should be anther 10 minutes, finally after another 15 minutes the big dinner box is done. Food was cold but still good.

That store has really turned around since that new manager showed up, her name was Miranda. Super kind woman! All of my food was made correct for the first time in a long time. The app said 13 mins, but it was ready by the time I got there. There was a line in the drive through but Miranda handled everyone with such grace and had a cool head the whole time. I've never had such great service at this location and had to share!! I hope to see more of her!
