Stopped in on 8/4/25 for dinner. It’s time visiting. I ordered the Italian, lg sandwich. Gentleman behind the counter asked if I been there before, I said no. He responded back they make’em hot and sloppy. It was a hot and sloppy and very good. The sandwich made two meals. Price for a lg sub and order of fries was less than $20. Very good food & service.

I did not eat there but I did go in for an order pick up. Every time I go it is neat and clean. The food is amazing, we have been ordering from there since they opened a few years ago. Never have they disappointed us. Food is awesome, service is great and the atmosphere is always what is expected.

Food is good but 2 workers were VERY rude to my fiancée and I. They degraded and were very rude over a tattoo he has which was from an abusive relationship and they kept going on about it and telling him “well that’s why we don’t do that” and making just very apathetic comments. It’s sad because we’ve never had a problem before but their customer service was atrocious and they wouldn’t get the hint when we told them it was a forced tattoo from an abusive relationship. They also messed up my order. Overall this experience really ruined our day and unfortunately I do plan on reporting them to a manager.

My wife and I stopped with our little one at the Sub Stop and it did not disappoint!! Delicious, fresh meat and veggies with amazing, personable service. Definitely a place to take a small detour on our way to Michigan.

We’ve lived in Newtonfalls for a year now and we’ve never stopped to try this place until today. We went in for lunch and we got a chicken cheese sub along with a chicken teriyaki sub and some mac & cheese for our daughter. We also tried the fried pickles and the fried mushrooms. The food was very good and staff was friendly and talkative, the owner was also wonderful. The only unfortunate part was when our newborn Had a bit of an accident and we needed to change her. There was no changing table in the bathroom, so I had to take her out to the car to try and clean her up and change her in the rain.

It's a fun, local place to eat. It smells incredible inside, and their menu is as vast as it is delicious. We will absolutely come back here again, maybe next time we'll eat inside! The staff was very nice and friendly, and the prices are very fair.

I visited tonight for the first time and everything about my experience ensured they've gained a new lifelong customer. Great parking access, clean building with a perfect atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, and the food was not only phenomenal, but also reasonably priced. I could eat loaves of the bread all by itself! I'll definitely be going back.

Another rep and I wanted to stop into Newton Falls since I grew up here. Another friend recommended the sub shop in town so we wanted to stop by and give it a try. When I walked in I asked it the owner was there because I always hand business owners my card since I work in security. He asked if I was trying to sell anything and I chuckled and said no. Just literally was going to give him my card and order food. He then went on to say that I can just leave my card on the table and that he didn't have time for me today nor does he need security. Needless to say since they did not have time for us to hand them a business card and then order food we left
