First off I want to say, they weren't busy. The food was absolutely horrible. The food was cold. The cheese inside the cheese sticks wasn't even melted. The fish was overly greasy and cold. When going to a restaurant I expect hot food and comfortable seating. The food was horrible and so was the seating. I don't know who is responsible for keeping the floors swept and in order, but whoever is assigned that task needs to get it done. This place wasn't even busy so the workers had plenty of time to clean. No excuses for any of it. Our server was the only thing good with our experience eating here. However, we won't be back due to gross cold food, uncomfortable seating, and lack of cleaning.

Visited this location for an earlier dinner. My waitress was very polite and took my order quickly. Ordered the shrimp N' Parmesan sirloin with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese.The shrimp was good. The mashed potatoes were good, the Mac and cheese was bland with very little cheese and no taste. Not sure why Mac and cheese was an upcharge but I ate since I didn't eat all day. The steak had a odd taste and reminded me of playdough. I had like 3 bites and just couldn't eat it. I never send food back or ask for a discount, however what's the point of the manager going from table to table asking how the food was if they aren't going to do anything if there is an issue. I was waiting on the waitress to bring my check when the manager stopped by. I ate everything except the steak and that was very clear when she looked at my plate. When I told the manager there was something wrong with the steak, that it had an odd taste and texture, that something wasn't right, she said it was because I ordered it rare. No, thats how I always order it and eat it at home. There was something wrong with it. She said okay, I let the cook know and walked away. I didn't ask for a discount but when you can clearly see I didn't eat any of it, maybe take $5 off or something. But why ask if everything was okay if your not going to do anything when its not and then tell the customer its the way they ordered it.

The service was horrible- it took 30 minutes to get drinks and it took even longer to get our food served to us. They sat us at a table in a corner and barely came over to us. When we first walked in we waited at the door for 10 minutes while the waitresses just started at us. We decided to sit ourselves at a booth and then were told to move because we sat ourselves. When we complained about the wait we were ignored. Miserable service.

We got the curbside and we were very disappointed. The order was kind of messed up. They didn't add everything. Plus the person that came out wasn't really happy about being there. Definitely probably won't go back

We took our Daughter and two Grandkids to dinner. It was 40 minutes from the time we sat down till our food came. The waitress was great, food was good . I don't understand why it would take that long for what we ordered.

First time coming to this location. Came and there were people lined up out the door, so we ordered online and came back. It said the order was supposed to be done at 5:52. Came back and my husband waited in there for 30 minutes to get our food. Empty tables everywhere and they were not busy anymore. He said they barely acknowledged him when he went in. Finally got our food, it was literally cold. So it probably sat there for those 30 minutes and the workers were just too lazy to get it. Ordered BBQ wings and they gave me buffalo. Also did not give silverware so luckily we had a box of silverware leftover from a recent party in our vehicle or else my husband wouldn’t of even been able to eat his meal (we were 30 minutes from home). I was really looking forward to eating here. First time out in months and I’m 7 months pregnant. Ate my meal (the new ultimate trio) minus the buffalo wings and was left starving since they messed up the wings.

We gave the waitress a cash tip and I got a notification that our total had been updated with the tip added. The waitress took a tip off our card without asking. When we called and spoke to the manager, they were rude about the situation.

Did a pickup order. Staff was very rude and not helpful, made it more difficult to find pickup. No one was behind the counter. When I found pickup ask if it was order setting there was told I don't know not my job. Next person came by ask again, when I said I had a tea, which was not there. Was told they had to get a bartender. What should have taken 5 to 10 minutes turned it to a big deal. Because of how rude staff was. They weren't even busy.

First we waited quite a while for someone to come and seat us. Our waitress had a trainee and never checked on us. My son wanted a refill we had to ask another waitress. Same with me needing a knife. Why just a fork? I asked for a manager never showed up. Is was not busy no excuses please!

Soon as we sat down my friend looks at the silverware always there's was a dirty knife do we asked and told the waitress for a new one and she said the spot were from the sanitation water. Got our appetizer promptly but then sat for 15 minutes before our actual order was taken. Then it took 45 min to get our food after we ordered. Food was ok nothing to go back for though!

Waited approximately 10 minutes, after being seated, before a server approached us. Thete were 4 tables occupied, nobody at the bar. Skeleton crew working at lunch time.
