Some of the waitresses were incredibly rude, did not allow anyone to sit down while waiting to be seated because they didn't want to wipe the tables down. Claimed that there was a 35 to 40 minute wait time because they had three new cooks. Didn't keep up-to-date on what was going on with the food so we had to wave someone down to figure out what was going on, even that still took a few minutes. Some of the tables weren't bussed so there was still glassware on the tables. Overall just skip it, it's not worth it.

The complaint I have with the Niles site is their womens restroom. I was there today with friends and left to use the restroom. When I got there there was a lady in a wheelchair sitting by the door who couldn't reach to open the door so I helped her then she couldn't get the chair up and over the hump in the doorway. I went in first and pulled her up and over. The sinks look to be too high also. They need to be alittle more handicap accessible. Other then that I have no complaints. Good food and service.

Went to Applebees by the Eastwood Mall last week. We had some issues with our food. Our waiter was new so another person came over to our table. She acted like she was the manager. She also made it sound like it was our fault that the food was messed up. How is that our fault we ordered from the menu they gave us. Finally our waiter came back to our table. We asked if that was the Manager. He said no. We told him we wanted to speak to the manager. We told her the issues and how rude the other waiter was and how she acted like she was in charge. She said that's because she has been there so long. Wow she needs training on how to treat patrons we told her. Finally the manger took care of our issues and everything worked out. This place has given us bad service the last 2 times we went there. Time to quit going to this place.

Tried to get the really big meal deal at this location but they claimed it was not offered anymore even though it's offered on the Applebee's website. After a discussion with the manager they offered to discount the burger to the sale price. They have a note on
The door that says they are short staffed but never thought it was take so long to get food. Food was good but takes along time to come out.

Our fries were barely warm, our burgers were way overcooked.
The restaurant was cold so we had to eat with our coats on. Music wasn't to my liking and it was too loud

This place is always so hit or miss. One time the service is fantastic and food is good, and then the service is terrible and food comes out cold, drinks get ignored

Everything is an upcharge. As soon as you go in they charge for you breathing.

Our waitress would not write our orders and got 3 of 4 meals wrong.

Can we upcharge for better service??

Waitress Shante M was disrespectful, rude when we asked her questions, and had a dismissive attitude towards us. Anytime SHANTAE M. came to our table she didn’t speak to us and gave dirty looks as if we did something wrong.

I ordered my food over the phone I came in to pick up my food I was instructed to go the bar to pay for my food. I stood there patiently for 15 minutes not once was I even acknowledged the bar tender walked pass me multiple times without saying “I’ll be with you in just one moment” or “how can I help you” NOTHING!!! Then after standing for 15 minutes the bar tender finally comes up to me and say “the orders are still being prepared” I was confused what she meant by that because I only placed one order and no one ever stopped to see if I had a pick up order so then about 5 minutes later she brings out an order for door dash I politely let her know that I was NOT door dash and was here to pay and pick up MY food. How are you just going to assume that someone is a door dasher? After reading the other reviews I will no longer come to this Applebees location anymore I’ve never had issues with the Applebees in boardman

It was freezing in here. I came in to get out of the cold. I thought I would warm up but no. Turn up the heat. My food was cold before it hit my table because it was so cold in here. Everyone in the place had to keep their coats on while they are.

Me and my girlfriend had a gift card to come here then we both got really sick afterwards, I had to go to the emergency room. I’m pretty sure we got a stomach bug from the food or someone there. I’ve heard horror stories about Applebees, my girlfriend knows someone who found a rat in their salad from the one in hermitage. So my advice is don’t go here, we both got sick and I’m still in the middle of it. Go somewhere else and don’t get sick
