I ordered chicken stripes and they were very salty and my granddaughter didn't like them. They were hard for her to bite. I ordered the strawberry lemonade drink and it was to sweet and tasted like syrup. The meat was cold on my supper sandwich. I haven't had it in awhile but my past experience made me think that I liked it.

This arbys is usually on point. But dropped the ball tonight. Cold hard fries. Beef and cheddar looked like a train wreck. Sauce all over the wrapper and outside of sandwhich. Very dissapointing and a waste of my hard earned money.

My husband placed a to go order and when he got home we were missing potato cakes and an extra cheese sauce. When he went back to complain to get his money back or the items we were missing the manager told us to “Just don’t come back”. If that’s how they treat their customers then I definitely won’t be back and my next call is to corporate.

Greedy owner of franchise doesn’t make enough money apparently and now refuses to accept corporate coupons. I think that is ridiculous so I will not spend anymore money here.

My son and I recently went to Arby’s because my son wanted chicken tenders and we love their food. When we went to the window to pay, this simple trip turned into a real nightmare. The girl opened the window to take my money and we could hear someone in the background screaming about giving customers too many fries. It shocked me and upset my son. Arby’s is by no means inexpensive. It’s probably the most expensive fast food restaurant you can go to. I couldn’t believe someone would get that upset over french fries. French fries!!! I felt bad for the girl and thought that must be a horrible place to work., but went on my way. As we left, my son bit into his chicken tender and broke his tooth. I stopped the car to check on him and when I looked at the chicken tender, it was as hard as a rock. As soon as we got home, I called Arby’s to tell them what had happened. I got a very nasty lady named Keisha on the phone. She told me that she personally cooked the chicken and there was nothing wrong with it. She said she had no other complaints and acted like I was making the whole thing up. Then she said something under her breath and hung up. The next day I called and got a “manager”named Terri on the phone. She said she had a hard time believing anything would be wrong with her chicken and again insinuated I was making it up. Why would I waste all this time making something like this up? Like I have nothing better to do?? The dental bill to get my son’s tooth fixed was over $400. Add that to the $50+ food bill at Arby’s that we couldn’t eat and going to Arby’s cost me over $450. I will never go back. And I encourage anyone reading this not to go to the Arby’s in Niles. And I encourage the owner of Arby’s to look at the people that are working in that restaurant. I have no idea what this Keisha does but she horrible and if Terri is in fact, a manager, she shouldn’t be.
