Still haven’t forgiven Skyler

By far the rudest staff I’ve ever experienced, multiple times. They are making pretzels and the manager said to HIDE them in the back so customers would stop coming. I was with my 2 daughters and they refused to sell them to me. Just horrible. They hid them behind containers right infront of us.

I was hired here, they even took my social security number and they never called me to set up my first day. I reported the job on Indeed and am looking to report them further. I feel like it was fraud. That's not the type of personal information you request at an interview and the. lie about hiring someone.

Parking: Plenty of parking outside the Southern Park Mall.

If you’re hungry don’t bother stopping here, the girls won’t make anything. Tried getting food twice and was denied both times. First time they said the system was down and couldn’t take orders. Ok fine, it happens. Did some shopping and came back an hour later. Attempted to place an order and was told we couldn’t because they didn’t already have what we wanted pre-made. They refused to take my order rather than just making the food? Isn’t that the point of a restaurant? You order and they make it? Easy to collect a pay check when you aren’t doing any work. Both times we went there was no food made. Horrible customer service if you can even call it service.

No small pretzel nuggets. Had to conveniently upgrade to a larger size. Didn’t even offer to make us some. Cheese was cold.

Literally got greeted with the worst customer service ever. The woman walks up with a rude look on her face and says “yes?” as if I’m inconveniencing her to do her job. She grabbed me the wrong item, and basically threw my bag at me afterwards. No thanks.

Auntie Anne would be ashamed. The pretzels at this front were so thin and sad. Would not recommend

Good pretzels

Ive given this place many of passes because the staff has always been nice to me... however The manager with the red hair has ruined me going back here. I've seen her yell at her employees and customers including myself. Today was my final straw after being told its my fault their register crashed.Their register system crashes almost everyday and I understand that isn't their fault but it would be lovely if she didn't blame it on me and yell at me?

The workers there seem a bit stressed? I think the owner or manager doesn't treat them well I have seen questionable things. Also the workers seem to turn over a LOT. I hope you all aren't being mistreated. Be kind to your workers, the public sees it.

The service was excellent and it has a great management team

The food was excellent auntie annes is our favorite place to get food at the mall. Unfortunately I placed an online order it said it would be ready in 15 min i went up to the mobile pickup stood for awhile finally someone asked what i was waiting for. I told them mobile order was told they were too busy and to come back in 20 min. I sighed and agreed walked around and came back in 30 min was told again that it wasnt ready and to come back in 5 min. My kid was hungry this was ridiculous and enough for me to not come back to this place again.

Is this place even open? The last few trips to the mall at different times they were not open but, you’ll see employees in the back. What’s going on?
