Food was fresh and hot but was a little disappointed the wings were nothing special

Never had their wings and I guess I don’t get to…..Called in and asked if I could do several flavors if I order 50….. the girl said “hold on” someone else picked up a couple minutes later so again i asked if I could do 5 flavors 10 each if I order 50….. the man said no unless I want them tonight (not tomorrow super bowl sinday) I said yea I want them tonight. He said “hold on” set the phone down and I waited 15 + minutes listening to him run his mouth in the background. Finally I just hung up and ordered from Robbins. . I guess they have more business than they know what to do with since they can discard paying customers like they are trash…..if you prefer to do business with establishments that respect the people who keep their doors open and put their bills….. skip this one because unless the guy has a very aggressive dementia then he literally couldn’t have cared less about me or anyone else who would have called at the time. PS… no regrets ordering from Robbins Ave pizza. Really glad this guy was an eggplant because I’m really happy with the food I got this evening.

I have had some really good wings at big shot bobs. However the price has just gone up so much I can't justify going there :(

I waited 1 hour for a grubhub order with a small order of wings and fries ??

Don't order form them on doordash. I have tried to order 4 times and waited an hour for them to confirm the order just for it to get cancelled.

Go to wing spot when in Austintown. Extremely excited that they came up closer to me. Can’t wait for them to open up to start ordering again!

I don’t normally post reviews but this places customer service was immaculate. The food was great but they forgot a grilled cheese for my son, I called and they immediately delivered it to our house within 10 minutes. Brittany was so sweet and the delivery driver was very professional! Highly recommend.
