UPDATE: Spoke to manager Lee and was told next time we go our meals are completely covered. Hopefully it is better experience. Waited a hour for food and meal was missing sausage and eggs were broke. My meal was terrible potatoes and green beans were cold and chicken was overdone. Our waitress was running her ass off doing 4 different jobs at once. She was trying to do everything even remade his breakfast herself. We spent $47.00 and I'm definitely not happy and will not return. Never had issues like this at a bob Evans. Definitely wasn't the waitress fault. The cook and management need to get their act together.

Have dined several times at this location..Often. the service is quite slow. Today was.no exception. Was served biscuits and gravy but the bowl edges were not clean. Boyfriend's food wasn't even warm. Server did zip to offer replacement. Will not be dining there again.

I ordered the holiday meal and it was excellent, they sent everything needed even a foil pan for the turkey. Rolls were a bit stale but I probably could have prevented that.

I love this restaurant and service is wonderful, the food is delicious as well...unless you place a carry out order. That's why I'm only giving 4 stars. The food is not nearly as good whenever you order carry out...I'm not sure why, but it was disappointing.
