Took forever to be seats, finally went up to the bar to ask if someone was going to seat us (there were 8 other people waiting on things as well) Her response was How am I supposed to know I'm just the bartender. Preceded to walk up to the stand ask everyone what they were waiting for as she sat us she was running her mouth the whole time and threw out menus on the table and walked away. SOOOO VERY RUDE and disrespectful!!!! Waited 6 more mins for someone to come over and even acknowledge us as they were all standing 2 booths away with said bartender talking about us. Our waitress ended up being sweet but did have to wait 30 plus mins for our food and there was NO ONE dining at the tables and a FEW people at the bar. The place was filthy and dirty.

Our waitress was super sweet and very good. The food was good. We talk out friend who have never been to a buffalo wild wings before. He loved the burger he got and said he thought of it all night lol. Great job on service here.

Came in here for a quick bite with a freind. Server seemed like she hated or life/ just didn't want to be there but to some extent thats understandable. Ordered a 10 piece boneless wing and a burger. The place was dead, there were maybe 10 customers in total in the whole place. We waited 30 Mins for food ( 28 technically which they pointed out to us since 30 mins is their policy for refunds ) that was mildly warm. Our server then told us after we wanted a partial refund that there was only one cook today because 2 other ones had quit. I wish they would've just told us this up front or else we would have never gone in the first place. The manager then came over for 3 seconds and was very rude when we were fairly nice about the whole situation. The manager then acted like the server giving us her employee discount of 15% was a big deal and walked off pissed/ with a rude attitude and acted as if we had done something wrong when we wanted 30 mins for food that should've taken at most 10. Just don't come here, nobody wants to work there and you likely won't get your food in a timely manner and when you ask about a reasonable refund all you're going to get back us excuses and attitude. If they can't keep up with orders don't take them or tell people beforehand!

Brandon could not have been more aggressive, negative energy. I even knew his name and say hey, what’s up? He said, nothing, and walked away after he got my drinks. My friends and I used to stop for ice cream on the way home. We do not recommend anyone going here if they want to smile or relax. Thanks tough guy.

Very bad service and hurtful. Tried doing an online order. I went in the restaurant to get assistance. Nobody was helpful and wouldn't help me. Being diabetic and glucose was low,I needed to eat. Tried ordering the deal off app and it was down they wouldn't honor it. I asked for manager and they wouldn't come talk to me. So I went to the car and placed an order. I've never been so disrespected.

We have been coming here for years and the past few years or so the food was great but the service was rough. We came today and had the best service we have had in awhile a young girl name Hallie. Im happy to see them getting kind servers with a smile again. Food and service were both the best we have had from any place in awhile. We tried to scan the bar code but it wasn't working so I wanted to make sure to leave a review about her kindness and our appreciation.

Not being ran right.
Whoever oversees this location, needs to be replaced. Massive turnover rate, can’t make your order correct or on time. Staff walking out. They lack the customer service and professionalism of a classic BW3’s.

When we walked in, there was no one at the service desk to seat us. They were all in the back hallway laughing and dancing. Once we were seated, we decided to go out on the patio because the AC was on full blast. We ordered our food inside and still had to wait a long time and it still wasn't ready. While outside everyone who wasn't in the kitchen was on the deck smoking and dancing. On my way to the bathroom, I could see my waitress doing shots out of a straw from drinks being brought to her from the Bartender. At that point we told the Bartender we were leaving. Once outside the manager came to the door and told us we were not allowed back. That's fine with us.

This location felt a little outdated. The corner we were put in for our larger party (7) was given several tables against a wall all pushed together and chairs peeling and coming apart. The food felt sub-par all around. Between the nachos being greasy and the cheese sauce being watery to dry cake it felt like a sad bust.
The waitress was very nice and the live music was pretty cool. We were on the opposite side of the music and it was a little loud.

Brittany was an amazing waitress. She always made sure we had our sodas and when we had a problem with our food she was very understanding and immediately without questions. If it were my choice Brittany should get a pay increase. The food wasn’t so great. This is my third time come and either mine or my girlfriends wings were either cold or have very minimal sauce. When the wings are corrected they are good…

Even getting carryout, ordering a specialty burger you only get cheese. You just can't win. Over and over this place fails me.

Ugh maybe the red haired waitress hates her job? I quit coming in because every time I'm there I get her. She's not the friendliest, her facial expressions says a lot. She'll take your order bring your drinks and then forget about a refill. Ask for a refill and she brings the wrong thing. No big deal that's happened before. Try to explain to her what you want to order and she goes and orders something else because it's cheaper. This has happened twice. The food on the other hand is pretty good.
