Made a to go order…whoever was making wings at 2:30 on April 3rd 2025…wings were dry barely any sauce…order was wrong no napkins or silverware was provided…I was shocked just moved here from Tennessee definitely won’t be back to this location going forward…maybe it’s a northern thing to be rude and not think of others🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

I have ordered to-go orders a few times from this location. There is typically no hostess at the front for at least 5 minutes. I then have to wait as dozens of groups that came in after me get helped before me as the hostess doesn't want to go back to the kitchen go grab my order unless there are no other people up front. Thats fine if they are all there before me or within a few minutes of me. However, after 15 minutes if someone new is walking in, I should be getting my food. Especially when it is past the pickup time that I chose.

The experience as a whole, was a complete disaster. It took 25-minutes for a party of 3 to receive two glasses of water and a beer. A beer mind you, that was flat. The water tasted horrible as well.
The service was horrifically slow. Employees more interested with flirting rather than taking care of customers. Employees walking around the establishment with food in their mouth.
When the bartender came to the table to go over the bottled beer list, she did so with quite an attitude. Almost as if she felt untouchable.
This was one of the most disgraceful dine-out experiences I’ve ever had. I will never come back.

So we are at bw3 at the east wood mall! This place is packed, the bar tender Paul is running around crazy and taking care of everything, the manager I see isn’t helping at all he’s in the back kitchen or office on his phone! So disappointed!

We recently visited this restaurant and had a bad experience. Upon arrival, the waitress warmly welcomed us and promptly took our drink order. However, after waiting for 15 minutes, no one came back with the drinks. When we inquired about our order, they assured us it would be brought right away, but unfortunately, the drinks never arrived. The place had a nice vibe and an impressive number of screens broadcasting all sorts of content and sport events, creating a lively atmosphere. However, due to the lack of service, we decided to leave before even tasting any food. While the ambiance was appealing, the service needs significant improvement. It's a shame because the place has potential, but the staff needs to be more attentive to ensure a better customer experience.

This place is stupid, literally nobody was working there and me and my family waited like 30 minutes and then a worker just looked at us and went back in the other room. Place sucks. Nobody works there.

Had lunch with a friend yesterday, and it was beyond awful in every way, shape and form. There was a giant piece of plastic in my salad, a clear piece, like someone cut a bag of salad and left the giant strip they cut off the bag..in my salad. My friend got nachos that were burnt. EVERY SINGLE CHIP. The floor was COVERED in plaster from the ceiling or whatever those ceiling tiles are made of. Whether work was being done while they were closed or not, wouldn’t you vacuum the floor before opening?! It was overall a disgusting, dirty, extremely unpleasant place to eat. Never again.

Our server I think her name was Amy was absolutely terrible.. she had red hair. I’m a server myself and I work in this type of industry. It took her a good 10-15 minutes to even get to our table to get our drinks she then asked if we wanted any appetizers I said yes we are ready to order as well. We gave her our order and waited 30 MINUTES to get POP!! We never got it. I have never walked out of a restaurant before because like I said I work at one and that’s just something you don’t do. Before she even got our drink order she warned us all the kitchen staff is new so it’s taking a-little longer than normal. That’s my excuse when I forget to ring stuff in too.. normally I brush it off because I understand not everyone is going to have the best day. But when you hear your server telling every table she has that everyone is taking long you get suspicious and tend to blame the person that’s bringing up excuses. Mind you we drove to Austintown to see if we would get a different experience when we didn’t even get sat or get a table not a single person was at the host stand. So chick fil a for dinner it was
