I had an issue .. my bbq sauce i ordered sweet but I got spicy.. I am a wimp for spice
I called and offered to bring them back.. the manager (zack) was very cool and took care of me.. 5 star rating not because everything was perfect but because it was handled most perfectly

I wish I could give it a zero but the hostess that they have at 6:57pm they need to fire her because my mom and dad take me and my boyfriend here an my boyfriend just got done with surgery and he was using a walker and wanted a booth closer and she give attitude

We waited 15-20 minutes and no one came and sat us??? Multiple employees made eye contact with us, and no one said a single word to us. Huh????? We ended up just leaving and going somewhere else. Don’t waste your time here.

Every time I visit this restaurant the food is either cold or poorly prepared, and as a restaurant manager myself, I know when food isn’t being temped correctly. The service has also consistently been disappointing.

I was honestly nervous to come in tonight based on previous experiences, but we decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, the host (a young lady) treated us very very poorly. I truly hope this isn’t the standard for how customers are greeted.

At this point, we won’t be returning. I really hope leadership puts a better system in place and focuses on coaching, teaching, and developing the team because what we experienced tonight was simply unacceptable.

Stood at the door for 15 minutes, was then told that they were on break and I had to wait 20 minutes to be seated even though they had half their seats empty. Lunch time seems like a weird time for a business to stop serving food.

Bartender is in no rush. She is on her phone or having personal conversations with patrons. Once I was served, she never came back to check if we needed anything else. It was my second time in. Both visits were similar.

Helping Hands

The absolute worst for pickup or delivery. You will wait at least 30 min past whatever time they told you it would be ready. Good luck if you can find a server in under 20 min in the day time. Whatever they got going on in the back must be lit for them!

I've eaten here a handful of times and each time is abysmally worse. Whether it's taking half an hour to get 10 wings when the place is dead or not seeing my server for 20 minutes. The surprise of how I'm going to experience disappointment never ceases to amaze me. I don't have high standards when it comes to chain restaurants but I get better quality from Taco Bell than I do this BWWs. Management, do better. Give me the experience you would expect if you walked in.
