Unless it's the midnight crew be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes in the drivethru. They must be understaffed as this seems to be a new development. I write this after being here for 15 minutes for an order I put in 20 minutes via the app and I still don't have my food.

Staff are great and friendly, but the wait is ridiculous. Like I said, unless its the midnight crew, expect to wait for a while.

I was helped by a assistant manager and he had the worst attitude because I didn't know you had to buy a fry and drink with the free whopper deal and then he couldn't speak or answer anything I said completely ignored me all because he had to take that off very immature and unprofessional not to mention their drink machine is clogged with mold how has the health department not closed them down yet!

Very bad customer service. The assistant manger got annoyed because we signed up to get a free whopper and didnt notice we had to buy a fry and drink to get it. He ignored me when I asked for a cup and didnt say anything. The drink dispenser had mold in it so I didnt even get a drink. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Never coming back again.

I usually don't leave reviews unless they are positive. I know this is probably going to sound dumb, but I got the impossible whopper and forgot to ask for cheese. I walked to the counter and before I got there I said it's my fault and I would pay for the cheese. Anyways the ladies that were there were super nice and just added it😊

This restaurant have made some great improvements considering they used to be extremely slow and rude. This is the only Burger King that I will drive out my way to get food because I know it'll be fresh.

Soggy burger. The bun and everything were soaked in grease. There was too much salt on my onion rings, and the mozzarella fries were burnt. Didn't realize it till I got home.

Arrived at 9:22 pm to pick up order and the lobby was closed. Sign says open until 10pm. Drive thru backed up to the road

went to get dinner and the whole time i was waiting on my food there was a grown woman screaming as loud as she could at her employees who were obviously children. highly unprofessional
