I'm not sure why, but you can't order the iced coffee on the app. It's annoying, corporate should change that. Also, they need to have a way for employees to change the app order in store, they said "were not allowed to do that." I would gladly pay more for the iced coffee, I don't want the soda. I think they probably could have also made an exception, and just didn't want to so I'm not too sure if they really care about service. Other than that seemed nice and ok.

I’m new to the local area, but when I came to this Burger King, it was around midnight and I didn’t know my order was not premade since I had pre-ordered it when I tell you they took so much care of me and made sure that my food was fresh and hot. I think the local community should Really take heat and maybe see the new management that may be taking control of the Burger King because I had a great and wonderful experience there.

Over charged for impossible whopper patties almost ten dollars ,no patties,no refund horrible service horrible food . They need people who aren't just kids who don't care to work. This place is gonna be shut down before to long like the others the parking lot is beyond repair building is about to fall apart bad customer service and ignorant lil kid employees...go ahead if u want to

The early morning manager is the nicest girl ever, always smiling and starts my weekends off great. You have a great one on your team. I always forget her name, even though I could picture her name bage. She needs a pat on the back or raise. Foods fresh and service is great!! We get lunch for breakfast lol, but it ohh so good.
Food is always cold staff is not very professional they roll their eyes at you give you and attitude. Managers are way worse then the staff members with their attitude. Waited almost 45 mins for my food and it was cold and when I asked for a new order they said they can't do that. It's not clean at all

This burger king is very efficient and friendly. Their play place is larger and always clean and never too hot or cool for the kiddos. One of my favorite play places for after school play time. They also have the best music selection for all you 80s fans out there.

Sold me old food. Literally old fries and an old chicken patty sandwich. I will NEVER eat at any single burger king establishment again. This was the final straw for me.
They had 3 cars in drive-thru, so I was patient, but waited almost 15 min. Amber from the drive thru finally came to the counter and told me that they no longer take orders at the counter and that you HAVE to use the kiosk. She said, "They told us customers only order thru the kiosk now." I had 3 separate orders so tapping thru a million screens wasn't worth my time. I guess I could have gotten back in my car and gone through the drive-thru, but I was already mad.

Ordered online and they could not even get written instruction correct. The drinks were not even carbonated they did not include the BBQ sauces or ketchup ordered in written form.
