The food was great and the Manager Amber was amazing. Very fast and a clean place to eat.
Doesn't matter what time of day I come here staff is always ignorant. And food is always old .
COFFEE HERE IS NASTY AND THEY DONT FILL THE CUPS DO NOT COME HERE!!

Not the first time I have ordered from here and I feel like as a fast food worker myself there is no reason it should be hard, REGARDLESS of how the rush is. I placed an order for pick up took maybe 5 minutes to drive and get it, they were slammed out the wazoo and by time i got my food the bag was open and not even tucked to preserve heat and my food was dry, hard, and cold. I WILL NOT be eating here again!!

My picky eater, autistic 9 year old loves BK cheeseburgers with only ketchup. She'd rate her BK cheeseburgers 5 stars no matter what lol. Mom is glad its not a greasy burger.

Service is slow and none of the workers seem like they want want to be there waited there for 15 minutes just for some fries as well

I hate leaving negative reviews but the service in this locations drive thru is nothing short of embarrassing. As I type this I’ve been in the drive thru line for almost 25 minutes and the car at the speaker currently hasnt been spoken to according to my timer in about 12 minutes. If it’s a staffing issue, the it’s incompetence not to shift schedules and hire staff. It’s 1151am so it shouldn’t take this long for a lunch rush regardless. Highly disappointed

I went there specifically for the jack o lantern whopper. Never have me a heads up that they were out of the special bun. I would've ordered something different. Very poor service in the drive through voice on the other side was very confused that I wanted the all 4 meal. Also order another meal after ordering total was given. We had to remind the girl for a second time that we wanted the meal. Better to go to Girard. Worth the drive

A lot of employees stood around. Waited in drive through for 15 minutes. Preserved some food and no one responded. This Burger King is going down hill and it’s sad

I stood inside for about 15-20 minutes at the counter to order and was completely ignored.. since they were taking drive thru orders I jumped on my bike and went to the drive thru. Didn't sit there as long. Only about 10 minutes. No one in front of me, 4 cars behind me

Unless it's the midnight crew be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes in the drivethru. They must be understaffed as this seems to be a new development. I write this after being here for 15 minutes for an order I put in 20 minutes via the app and I still don't have my food.
Staff are great and friendly, but the wait is ridiculous. Like I said, unless its the midnight crew, expect to wait for a while.
