Charleys Cheesesteaks

I bought 2 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches one with everything and the other without. I brought them home and took them out the box only to find half the meat and cheese stuck to the cardboard box . Very disappointing . Also The number they have listed online is disconnected so there’s no way for me to contact someone .

Staff is completely incompetent. Cannot read an order correctly and endangers customers by putting allergens into their food after the omission of the allergens was noted on the order!

So just brought home takeout. Our fries were missing. Had to look up the number because none is listed on the receipt. Called 3 times. Nobody bothered to answer. So after a morning of shopping, this is no longer the place to go.

My daughter interviewed at this establishment. The manager told her he would be in touch with her to put her on the schedule. She felt it went well. She has autism and anxiety so job hunting is new and intimidating for her. I told her congratulations. The manager never called, so I gave her the suggestion to do a follow up call with them. They never answered. I'm never going to go to this place again. Not as a patron, nor am I going to recommend them for anyone for a place of employment.

the maim chef on grill is a highly skilles cook those charleys sandwiches were on point. not to many mall charleys got a strong chef they could learn alot from that chef and the importance of hiring competent people to there respective position .old schhool steakand cheese , chicken teriyaki , california chicken all soooooo goooood

Parking: its in a mall parking is abundant usualy fridays saturdays pwak times may get scarce.

Kid-friendliness: arcade across from food court(kiddie games save 1 game for teens punching bag machine my fav)

I hate that they took away their steak loaded fries you can't even get steak added on to them. I have to order a whole steak sandwich and add them to the fries myself which is absolutely ridiculous. Sometimes people are nice most of the time the staff has an attitude. We go back because the food is good but the service is seriously lacking.

I ate there cause I work at a mall I go there everyday a couple days ago I ate a lil cali my stomach instantly had cramps I felt like vomiting after that I got sick for 3 days nice employees terrible food

Dirty and that’s beings generous I don’t know how it’s passed held inspection
