Disappointed with my ice cream treat. Got the same thing at the mall DQ and there was a big difference. Also my husband and I went to the dairy queen after the lawn concert at the library about a month ago and the lobby was locked. The sign said lobby closes at dark, but it was 8pm and was still light out. This is nothing like when the old owners owned it for years. So disappointed!

All the kids want to do is play around you have to sit for anywhere between 10:00 to 20 minutes in the drive-thru to get thawed out ice cream

I went through the drive through and got a mini blizzard, which costs $4.39. I had to wait for 30 minutes to finally get to the window to pay for my order. Ridiculously, slow.

I’ve visited twice since remodel. Both times ice cream (peanut buster parfait) was a joke hardly any peanuts next to no hot fudge. The service is absolutely horrible. These kids have no manors can’t even look at at you when handing your food or change ! 5.39 for a tub of soft serve ice cream is out ridiculous. I can get a Kattie’s large waffle cone for less and be treated like they want me there !! Will never be back !

So, I wasn’t going to leave a review and I actually felt kind of bad for crashing out on the staff (still do, they’re teens and it’s not their fault the owners are the way they are apparently) but then I read through all the reviews. Most of them over the last year are bad, and the “owner” response is even better because it’s obviously a copy and paste response that says “sorry, hope you come here again!” Absolutely ridiculous.

I come to this DQ specifically because it’s closest to my house. Honestly, make the extra few minutes drive to the mall. The ice cream is ALWAYS melted and the line always moves so slow despite it usually being only a few cars. Tonight was the last time I will ever go to this location.

I waited in line (behind 2 cars) for approximately 10-15 minutes for melted blizzards and when I get home and try mine it had a perfume or soap taste to it. I even had my boyfriend taste it to verify I wasn’t crazy or my taste buds were just off, and he too tasted soap or perfume or whatever it was, and his ice cream tasted fine. I called the store to ask if maybe they recently cleaned the chocolate ice cream machine or something, and was told no. I explained the situation and asked if I could get a credit for next time or something and was told to bring it back.

I make the drive back and the line is wrapped all the way around the building (literally from the pickup window to the street bumper to bumper) so I figure I’m going to just run in to get this situated. The sign on the door clearly states that the store is open 10a to 10p and that lobby is open “until dark.” Granted, it was 8:30pm but is still very much daylight. So, maybe more clear signage is needed.

I then proceed to call and the shift lead tells me there is nothing she can do unless I’m at the register and she doesn’t know what to do. Understandable, however, no one is going to wait 30 minutes or longer with already melted ice cream to wait for a HOPEFULLY decently remade blizzard. I just wanted a credit or a refund and was told nothing could be done unless I sat in the drive thru line with an already melted blizzard and wasted more time.

Could I have been more polite? 1000%. At that point I was fed up and no solutions were offered other than “come sit in our line for the rest of the night.”

Do not waste your time or money here.

If I could leave zeros stars I would. I specifically order chicken strips with honey barbecue on the side. I ask them 3 times for the honey Barbecue I told them I would pay extra whatever I needed to do. I asked them 2 more times as I'm at the window. If the honey barbecue was in the bag they told me Yes, I come home. There's no honey barbecue. I called the restaurant. They tell me I have to come all the way back up there.To get the barbecue sauce that is all they can do for me. They can't fix it they cant comp me they can't do nothing . Thanks to you Dairy Queen. I have to cook an a whole. Another meal for my children. Because they don't know how to do their job correctly after being told 4 times over. By the way I did get charged extra shit for that honey barbecue sauce as well.

Well i leave work and go there and get my husband a hot fudge shake he was disappointed it was even a shake it was liquid and didnt have much of a taste to it for being a hot fudge shake and for the price its reditious not to het what you ordet!! And 90 cents or wait 1.20 for pecans on a banana split is unheard of to only get maybe 10 pecans on top 🤔 just over it and niles DQ is 1 if the best ones not anymore 👎sorry but true!!!

Never was given a total for my food even when I went to the window. Ordered a chicken strip basket and a coke . GOT ABOUT 11 COLD FRIES AND COLD CHICKEN ! Called my bank 15 dollars and change was taken out of my account. Won't be returning . You don't deserve a tip you make minimum wage. Waitresses/ bartenders deserve tips . It's lousy service anyhow.
