I purchased a mocha moolatte for Almost $5.00 - and literally it had no flavor & you can see in the photo that it’s clearly white …. And that mocha flavor was very minimal. I was so annoyed that i actually parked and went in. From there I was charged another 99 cents bc they are only instructed to use a half a pump. Instead of remaking my coffee and adding the additional Flavor I purchased, she gave me some chocolate syrup in a to go cup. Very very disappointed and won’t be returning to this dairy queen

Almost every order is always wrong. Drive thru and lobby both will have you waiting and receiving food that isn't yours, isn't right, or with the smallest portion sizes I've seen all year. Drive the extra 10 minutes and go to any other Dairy Queen

whoever works there that drives the malibu . stop parking right at the entrance of drive thur customers with large SUVs and Trucks do not appreciate having to drive out into the parking lot to be able to get around your vehicle to enter the drive thru entrance

I stopped here to get food and used the bathroom before I order I waited for 5 mins outside the woman's restrooms for the person to get out and I could hear them playing games on their phone low and behold the manager walks out playing on her phone and when I went in the sink was bone dry so she didn't even wash her hands afterwards and immediately went back to making food I wanted to throw up. I didn't even end up ordering cause of how sick I felt knowing she was back there touching food after using the bathroom and not washing her hands. That's beyond disgusting.

Everytime I come here I get an Oreo blizzard with 2 extra add ins of Oreos and everytime I only get charged for one add in and never even get the added Oreos. If I’m paying an extra $1 or $2 for something I should get it. I swear they put less in the they should for a regular blizzard. I have probably thrown away $15 in paying for add ins that I don’t get. It’s extremely upsetting
