So I've been banned from this location because I got rude because they kept giving me french vanilla mixed with vanilla bean and I'm allergic to french vanilla. The midnight manager confirmed that they were being mixed. So maybe I should get an attorney and submit all my medical bills from this. Because I've been going to his establishments for 14yrs (not this location)and now this and they are all documented allergic reactions to french vanilla. I had to take the coffee and everything to make sure. So I will not stop until the owner knows the truth and that if he was getting treated like that he would say something also. It's wrong and foul customer service is not what it was when I was growing up. So now it's ban people for your workers mixing things. I told them on several occasions and then finally the midnight manager said I could come on midnights and now tonight the blonde girl said we aren't allowed to serve you.

This dunkin is exceptional, don't let the haters fool you. I come here 5 days per week for my work fuel. I use the mobile app (that you can customize exactly how you want it made) & they never get it wrong. OLIVIA greets us and.is an absolute angel. She is always so upbeat and cheerful. She even wrote me the sweetest note on my bag this morning. I've heard a lot of people complain about their orders not being right or not having enough flavor, so use the app and ask for as many pumps as you want. Before leaving a bad review, call the store and give them the chance to right a wrong. Never had an issue with this location.

Food poisoned with chicken wrap. Stale donuts and customer service acted like they were walking in their sleep. This place has been here for a brief time & it is a shame to see DD turn into the same old mentality of the burnt out spots (chains)... other complaints too but not worth my time. Do not go there unless already sitting in the bathroom. Just go ahead & drive past to a local place if you care about yourself.

I love this place got good food and drinks but I didn't like the girl that waited on me though her name was Abby. Idk if she's new but she was less than enthusiastic about taking my order acted like she didn't want to be there. I ordered the 6 dollar deal and she sighed and said every time under her breath. The whole time I observed her it wasn't good. Didn't even smile. Like I said usually don't have a problem in there but today was different.

This is the second day in a row of getting home with a coolata and it tasting absolutely horrible! No flavor at all what so ever taste like someone just threw ice and food coloring together with no flavoring at all or maybe they aren't following protocols and putting enough flavoring idk but absolutely horrible ill never go there again to get a coolata n it's literally the only reason I ever go to dunkin is a coolata so looks like I'll be steady going to the warren one because that's just absolutely ridiculous and their whipcream seams like it's just melty it's just horrible nothing about their coolatas are good what so ever even if they are known more for their coffee but coolatas have been apart of dunkin for a good while now there's no reason why you shouldn't be trained to make them right and it doesn't matter the people that are there are what day it is it's every single time we go their coolatas are weak they taste gross!!!! Not impressed are all it's ridiculous! Do better!
