Honestly I was shocked at how busy the place was. they had plenty of workers. They took my order, push me down the line took the next customer and fill their order they went out the door, took the following customer gave them theirs they went out the door I'm standing at the end of the counter waiting for them to hand me a couple of donuts in a tea that I was eating in, it made absolutely no sense. So I give them hey bad rating. Bad management no organization.

They are always so friendly, fast, and are a great way to start your day!
Usually come through the drive through at night, always get the correct order and I am very pleased with the service. Highly recommend!

This is by far the WORST Dunkin location I’ve ever gone to. I avoid it at all cost but sometimes it’s just most convenient since it’s right down the road from my house. They can never make my coffee correct and when you ask for them to remake it they act like it’s an issue. And half the time it’s still not correct so I then have to go to a second location to even get my coffee. They never know what you order when you do a mobile order and you have to repeat it multiple times to them.

I ordered 2 large cream sticks, lrg apple fritter and cinnamon roll, $8.50, the girl put them in a bag with tissues, and so all the icing/whip cream from cream sticks ended up everywhere but on the cream sticks!!!!! Absolute stupidity !!!!! They have BOXES !!
