This visit was very disappointing. Several items in our order were made incorrectly, and this isn’t the first or even second time this has happened at this location. I’ve tried to give the benefit of the doubt in the past, but the repeated order mistakes combined with the service made this experience frustrating. One employee appeared to be in training and asking for help, while the other seemed visibly frustrated bc of this, which resulted in snippy service and an uncomfortable atmosphere. Consistency and teamwork are important, and unfortunately this location continues to fall short. I won’t be returning.

Donuts always hard and then I ask for a begal with extra creme cheese and they barley put creme cheese on it and gave no napkins sad excuse of a Dunkin wow.

For the last two months every time I come here the wait is at least 10 minutes, my drink is always wrong, and when they pull you forward they forget about you. They have had to remake my drink almost every visit because they made it wrong and today they forgot about me again and then gave me the messed up drink. I would not recommend this Dunkin to anyone because it is never worth the wait or the money. Horrible experience every visit.

Tried to call in to thank him. But the guy working the counter on 9/26 at 4 pm went so above!! to help me and my children. My son was struggling and without me having to ask the person behind the counter helped us allowing me to get my kids out of the store and into the car. I didn’t get his name but hope he sees this.

I have been here just a few times...they never know my seasonal coffee that is offered on the app...and this is the breakfast sandwich that I got. So..I spent $10 today for nothing good!

Ordered w the mobile app and they only gave the driver my donut ,no food?😭 when I called they legitimately told me there’s nothing they can do abt it even though they were the ones who didn’t give me the food smh. On top of that idk anybody that thinks coffee should be white but it shouldn’t be 😩just awful. Ultimately paid $13 for a vanilla frosted donut and coffee creamer I didn’t even drink.
paid for a latte, donut, croissant, and hashbrowns. receive MILK and a donut. this is ridiculous!!

My iced coffee is almost always on point . I gave a 5 star for service because of one lady and her name is Sara . When I come to the drive through sometimes I like to try new things and she’s so helpful and patient with me when I am indecisive or my kids can’t decide what they want. She’s always so friendly and makes my experience better !

I use McKinley Heights drive thru Mon-Frinon way to work and we walk to store on weekends.
Staff is very friendly and hard-working, and the BEST coffee and freshest barrjs are served at this location.

This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever visited. I waited quite a while for someone to a take my order when no one did I pulled up to the window since I was only getting a drink. Not only was I asked to pull up and wait (no cars in front or behind me) for a drink ! I reluctantly pulled ahead and waited another 5 minutes FOR A DRINK! Then the manager had the nerve to come out to my car and ask what was the problem, she wanted to hear my side of the story. There is soo much more to this story. Not my first time having bad service at this location, but I will be my last! Will never return.

Half the time I come here, the drinks are made wrong. I waste half the money I spend here, and it's not just this Dunkin. I just got coffee and it tastes so burnt I can't taste anything else. When made wrong, either watered down and not flavored enough and honestly just taste like dirty dish water. I'm not sure what the training protocol is across the company but it needs to improve and managers need to actually be making sure these horribly detached employees actually pay enough attention. I also work customer service so I understand it sucks, but come on. Don't make your apathy the customers problem.

This location charges $1.00 more for a refresher than the other stores. Drinks are always watery. Found long hairs in my food.
