I usually don’t review Dunkin’ Donuts but I got a coffee here and the cashier gave me the usual level of “I hate my job and my life” customer service with a side of sass lol. I asked for two extra sugars and she obliged, I then asked if she could toss a completely empty medium cup of coffee I bought earlier and she said no. I didn’t have an issue with it at all untill she said have a good day, and it was the way that she delivered the sentence that got me. It was clearly intended to annoy me and it worked. I didn’t appreciate that interaction at all, just not necessary at all. So I just wanted to document the interaction in the event it becomes a thing

Drive thru order. My beverage was a decaf hot tea. When I got home, food order fine. BUT I noticed no tea bag string on cup. Well even though order label on cup said decaf tea----I have a coffee. Too far to go back. I do not drink coffee. No one in my household drinks coffee with cream. Down the drain. Should just light money in fire.

The girls are always so nice and they know what I get every time I go there. Especially in the afternoon and evening. They make my drink just about perfect every time I go.
The menu items are really tasty, but I wish they would bring back the vegetarian sausage, breakfast sandwiches again!When I ordered my munchkin donuts, they were given to me within a few minutes, but I had to wait a while for my hot chocolate.You can use cash and pay with your phone for your order or orders.Also, I wish that this Dunkin location would add accessible ways for people with disabilities to open and close the doors and accessible menus for people with low or no vision.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: There are signs that say that they use ingredients that may trigger people with food allergies, but you can always ask the staff.Parking: The parking is always free!

Among the worst Dunkin’s I’ve visited. The absolute worst in the area though. I’ve not received good customer service here. Everyone talks in clipped detached tones with a detached attitude. Orders are often wrong and their equipment seems to be broken with products frequently unavailable.There are like 4-5 other Dunkin within minutes. I recommend visiting any of the others.
