I don't frequent Firebirds but my most recent visit was made extra special by a bartender by the name of Kiera! Obviously newer but trying very hard to make the experience special. Lots of heart and sweet disposition! Will be back soon.

This was our second time visiting and it was ?. Our server Kyle was incredible, very attentive and fun. The food was absolutely delicious. Even though it was busy, we made a reservation, and were well taken care of throughout the dinner. Will be visiting again!

When I really want to treat myself to a fine dining experience, I go to Firebirds Wood Fire Grill in the Eastwood Mall complex, located in Niles, Ohio. The restaurant its self is very ornate, a beautiful display of liquor bottles adorns the bar. There is also a beautiful stone fireplace that’s not far from the bar.I was greeted by the hostess, she asked my seating preference, I asked for a table and was given one. I was seated in front of a stunning wine display on the wall.My waiter was prompt, friendly & attentive. He took my drink & appetizer order quickly, and got my drinks out smartly. He also brought out their signature break, oh my was it good. My appetizer was out soon after and was simply delicious, I ordered the Philly steak egg rolls. Soon after my salad was brought out, the salad was perfect. A healthy portion mixed with nuts greens & the salad dressing. Finally my entree was ready, I had the wood fired NY strip, loaded mashed potatoes & fire roasted corn. The cut of the steak was amazing! A proper cut of steak that was cooked as I liked. I also must compliment the kitchen on the plating & presentation, very well done. I finished my meal with a decadent desert, the Big Daddy Chocolate Cake, oh my was it delicious.I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, so very relaxing.I most definitely will be dining here again, it truly is an enjoyable experience. I strongly recommend you dine here at least once, you’ll be hooked.

It was very slow considering there was not a lot of people the waitress took forever taking our order and the food was decent enough. I usually love their food but it wasn't up to normal
We arrived at 5 for our reservation and they said we had another 20 minutes to wait. Then we got seated to our tables and it took forever for a waitress to come take our drink order and forever to bring then back. And finally she took our food order and it took over an hour to get our food. When we did get out food the portions were small. My husband order steak and shrimp.. they only gave him 5 shrimp. A $ 38. 00 dollar meal. Absolutely not worth the money to go there and eat. Can't put all the complaints on here there were 6 of us. Definitely will never go back there.

It will be impossible to have a better experience than the one my party of 4 experienced on March 9th for dinner.First, many thanks to our server Kalyn. She is first rate in friendliness, attention to her customers, and accuracy.We started with the Bacon Deviled Eggs and the Philly Cheesesteak Egg rolls. Both were delicious and had an excellent blend of tastes.The soup came next and was the chicken chowder. It came hot and was very light and tasty with the perfect blend of chicken and vegetables.We all got different versions of steak. 3 of the 4 came to the table perfectly cooked. The 4th came a little uncooked from the requested medium. But that person just held the 2 pieces back together for 1 minute allowing it to rest a little more and it came up to the proper temperature. So all was good.Our experience was 1st rate. And thank you Kalyn for helping make that visit turn out so well!
Me and my husband have been here before and we like there food , but we went yesterday and were seated . And after countless waiters walking by us and waiting patiently for 20 minutes we left cause no one never cameover and took our order .

Our 2nd time there and the food and service is always fantastic. Had the filet with blue cheese and it was so tender and flavorful. It was my birthday and they brought me out free cheesecake too.
We ate here while visiting and I must say it was worth it. I enjoyed all of my meal and the drinks were delicious too. Wish they had one close to my hometown.
