You must try a couple different flavors before you make your final decision! They have tiny little spoons and you can try every single flavor if you really want to first. But don't get too filled up on samples because they portions are pretty heavy and the staff is super friendly! Different flavors all the time and more combinations than mathematicians can count!

Normally when I go here it's fine, but my visit today was entirely horrendous. We were the FIRST to order out of 3 groups of people, yet we were served LAST. And all we ordered were 2 milkshakes, and a quart of ice cream. My partner dropped her milkshake because the cup folded in on itself, so it wasn't entirely her fault. However they did not replace it and we had to pay for a 2nd one, again it wasn't even entirely her fault. THEN the 2nd milkshake that she paid for was the WRONG flavor. Unbelievable. By the time we realized that we were already in the car and leaving, so we just left. Then I noticed that my milkshake seemed like it was already melted, but it had only been 2-3 minutes. Sure it's hot today but melting in that short a time seems implausible. I open the lid to look and it's completely bubbly and watery. What a waste of $30. As someone in the service industry, these people need a major lesson in customer service, and quality control. Never going back.
