Wanted to try somewhere different as we usually always end up at the Eastern Buffet for dinner, and we should have just gone to the Chinese buffet 😅 Food took a minute to come out and just was not good. I got the create your own pasta, chose angel hair, Alfredo, and added chicken and broccoli. The chicken tasted good, but there was next to zero sauce on it and they charge extra for the Alfredo, and the broccoli was crunchy and just not soft like you’d expect broccoli to be in a pasta dish. I had asked for them to put some Cajun seasoning on it, and there was none but I asked for more because otherwise it was awful. My husband got the smokehouse burger, and it came out without the sauce on it - no big deal. He got the sauce and put it on and then ate it solely because he was hungry. He literally told me he was trying to get the taste of the burger out of his mouth because there was just zero flavor. There was also a new waitress in there training, but it seemed that they were just trying to get cleaned up to close because that’s what they were doing 90% of the time we were there, which is fine but if we need water we need water. Had some high hopes for trying somewhere new tonight for dinner but this restaurant will definitely not be on the list for returning. For $64, and the pasta being about $20 in itself, I would expect it to taste a little better and not be dry and flavorless.
Went with a bunch of coworkers and had a extremely good time. Service was extremely fast.Food was very good. All in all no complaints.

First time trying...absolutely incredible food and wings are better than any other place. Sampler is incredible. We all said we will go here from now on the best wings we have ever had. Reminds us of an old bar that was in warren uncle sils and nobody else has compared except here.

We came here tonight.
We had bang bang shrimp which was good. We also had cheese bites which were ok. The beer on tap was fresh and good.
We had the gyro which was dry stale pita and overcooked dry meat not eaten and onion rings which were good. We had steak alfredo which was overcooked and chewy with Alfredo that was nothing like Alfredo and not eaten. We had the loaded fries and the pork on top was uncooked and It was not eaten. We had the high pointe fish which was not good but eaten. We also had chicken Francesca which was like lemon noodle soup and lightly touched.
They took off the steak and $5 off for the gyro.
SERVER WAS GREAT.
$160 plus $40 tip. $200.
Then we went to taco bell.
Save your time & $. Dont go here. There is a sign saying hiring for all positions including cooks. They need Gordon Ramsey to come in and fix.
And the carpet was like walking on a duck tape covered floor. The sign at the door said hiring all positions so we should have known better. The food was also slow to come out.

I’m sad to say how disappointed I am with my service and food tonight at High Point. 😔 This was once my favorite place to eat for fried greens and peppers n oil. Unfortunately that’s no longer the case. Our greens were DAYS old, black and hard to even chew. Then my peppers n oils tasted rancid and had a random soggy french fry inside. It was disgusting. I hate to complain, but I wanted my food to be edible. Please. Our waitress, Marsha, didn’t want to deal with it. But, she hesitantly asked the cook, and he said the greens & peppers were fresh. Absolutely not true. Ugh. But magically they found some actual FRESH peppers n oil. I asked them to remove the greens from my receipt. The entire situation was unnecessary. I want to continue to love this restaurant, but it will no longer be my first choice.

Food is good
Place is decent, the food is hit or miss never consistent. If they have a band good luck , it's loud in the building and not an enjoyable experience.
Food is Normally very good, but today's was just so so.
Burger and Italian sausage was over cooked making them both dry and crunchy. Service was excellent as usual.
Great staff, the drinks are good and the food is excellent! Couldnt say better things.
The food was awful. The staff was terribly rude about fixing our order. I will never go back!! I advise everyone to pick another place. There are a lot of good restaurants in Niles. I wouldn’t give them my business if they were the last restaurant!!!! Terrible customer service!
