I can't say enough good things about this location. The friendliness, speed and accuracy of the staff is wonderful. The amount of food, taste and price is phenomenal. I couldn't be happier with my experience with today's visit.
Absolutely loved walking into this hot heads today, everyone was so friendly. Loved the personal conversations I had about my photography with the manager just appreciate the fact that he asked. The guys who cashed me out was also so nice and had some fun conversations with him! In general really loved the environment at this hot heads!
Hot Heads in Niles I bought a burrito black beans brown rice and other items I get home I'm eating my burrito I find sharp things in my burrito I excused it then I tried to take another bite and found another sharp object in my burrito so threw it away after three bites
I’m a huge fan of this restaurant but this one specifically dropped significantly the rate of it all. The staff is not friendly at ALL!!!! Those girls at the front are extremely rude and I hope one day they leave this store because it does has a lot of potential. The food was terrible as well, I don’t know what they did but the fajitas was BURNED, I mean, burned for real that the entire bowl was smelling and tasted burned. It was from far the worst experience I had in my entire life. Never coming back. Maybe in a few years.

First time there today. The staff was extremely rude. I was looking at the menu and the annoyance on the young girls face told me she wasn't in the mood to give me a few minutes to look at the menu. Not one single employee had a smile on there face. I felt rushed to order. Will not go back
