So update: so the manger JAKE went above and beont to make sure his staff is taken care of and the customers as well. The lady that made my food a true artist ELLA knows how to make orders and she is quick and proficientThree reasons to go to Hot Heads 1 great food 2 the queso 3 and my favorite the veterans discount not many places have them but to Hot Heads and the few that do thank you.now there are many more reasons to go to hot heads but I'll let you figure them out

I asked for cheese, not extra cheese. Most of my bowl consists of cheese. Had to pick out most of the food and left with all this. Bland food.

My husband and I just left this location and we are not happy , me more so than him . First let me say that the man that started my food was awesome . He said people call him Car so good job to him ! However the man that started working on my husbands food was rude ! My husband is an eater and he got nachos and was getting them loaded up and every time this man had to scoop more of an item he would shake his head in what seemed like disgust . He was clearly judging my husband . The manager was standing right there and I even said to him that the man was serving judgment . I do not appreciate that at all . How is someone that is working to serve customers going to show judgement and make a customer feel some kind of way over food the customer wants and pays for ? Might be awhile before we return and that sucks because we love hot heads food .
I've never had any issues with Hot Heads until I went this time. The lady working the register threw my chips into a bag that she could've easily reached over and placed them in. I'm normally not this ornery about stuff like this but it was just unnecessary. I had some smashed chips from that. The bowl I got didn't taste as good as they used to be. It seemed like there was no flavor and there was hardly any food for the price. I'm going to Chipotle next time I'm feeling a Mexican cuisine.

Disappointed first time I've been there I prefer to Chipotle over them Chipotle food I feel like it has more flavor they didn't go too heavy on these spices and that's what I like. I also felt that they gave me very little stake as in comparison to the rice and beans and vegetables.
