Ordered 2 Sandwiches with No pickles,No Mayonnaise. Both came with Pickles and Mayonnaise. Unfortunately I get more wrong orders from here than correct orders. Saucy Wings with wrong sauce items missing. I'm done never going back

They have no working air conditining and it's to hot to even sit and eat in there, then They messed up our order and refused to fix it. The manager did absolutely nothing but take my money, don't ever go to this trash place.
The air conditioner has been out all summer here and whoever's job it is to make sure it's running hasn't been doing their job, I think they should be fired. I've talked to people and they said they have sent the proper paperwork over to have it fixed and nothing has been done. It's appalling to see a mega chain restaurant like this can't even afford to fix the air conditioner and their employees are in the back sweating over the food in 85° weather and who knows how hot the friars are cooking the chicken.shame on the KFC name SHAME! .... I called corporate hopefully something is done.so since my last visit they added a fan to the dinning room. I asked a employee about it they said the manager bought a couple fans one for dining and a few for the cooks. You operate a multi million dollar franchise and can't afford to fix the air conditioner?. I can only imagine what things are blowing into my food rite now...

they stole my 30 dollars order was canceled out of nowhere on their end not on my app it says it was ready for pick up i never got a auto reversal that means the bank didn't do it then staff are bullies make fun of homeless disabled person didn't want to go to this one anyway usually take 5 buses to other. manager kept my 30 dollars paid to this location refuse help just said not giving me the food i paid for on the KFC APP. that's why they had no AC Air all summer HA

Well that’s my first time I went to buy the food and the experience was terrible how employees were taking to each other without taking the customer first however I had to wait for them to finish their rubbish talk then get my food disgusting service never ever again KFC.

Employee who took our order was very cordial considering how hot the store was . Maybe an AC problem? They did have a fan running near the dining area. Also, very dirty. The windows, floors, seats, glass doors for food storage behind counter, etc. looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The food was excellent though.
