The staff here was super amazing and very sweet. I am very thankful for them being so kind and nice. This was the last dinner I got to share with my sister. She passed away that night. She was in hospice and I was in my way to meet with her. Your staff did not know that but their good attitudes and high spirits really lifted me that night. You have an amazing staff. Just them being nice and doing a great job.

Almost every time I come to this location, the orders are constantly wrong and all the employees act in shambles like they aren’t the ones who don’t pay attention. The place goes through employees like crazy. Whether it be because of terrible management or bad hires, I won’t be coming back to this location.

Sad Really. I like KFC. But there is one staff member (older woman) that is rude. Horrible. Had a mobile order, walked in and told them. Then decided I wanted to order 2 drinks (we fogot them). The woman in the back started complaining. "I asked them if they wanted anything..... they said it was a mobile order" all while in the back, but we could hear her. Then she walked to the front and continued complaining about how she already asked if we needed anything and we already said no. We apologized for changing our mind, but she kept going. So we went ahead and left. Will not be back.

I frequent KFC often, but today was the first time ordering chicken nuggets..I used the drive thru and the service was fast and friendly.I ordered a nugget combo, it came with fries and a drink. The nuggets were very good, fresh and juicy. I will be ordering them again.

How this place got 3.8 stars should be considered a miracle. I just ordered a 4 piece meal with 2 sides. Not only did the chicken look old it tasted that way. And grease - there was enough on the bottom of my box to fry potatoes. Speaking of which my mashed potatoes were luke warm at best and by the time I finished them they were cold.The reason for 2 stars was the counter person. She was sweet and efficient.Won’t be back to KFC for a long time if ever again.

The staff needs a lesson in customer service. One girl was super nice while Habib and others had an attitude. The new $20 box is an absolute joke. We asked about subbing a side only to confuse the whole store. This place is nasty and service is terrible.
