Would not answer the phone to place an order. I do not have the app as it is limited on some items. Lost my business and went to Brothers pizza instead. 03/10/2025 at 12:30 noon

Have called 26 times and no one has answered the phone and when I went there in person It took someone 20 minutes to come take my order and there is no one else here workers just sitting in the back doing nothing

It was about to be busy when we pulled up. People were waiting for pizzas when I went into order. I ordered two stuff crusts and a hot and ready. He said 10 mins. When I went to grab the pizzas he misunderstood what I ordered and rang up what I ordered wrong. The team lead fixed my order and gave them to me on the house for the mistake. Kids love the pizzas here and I appreciate the team lead stepping in and keeping a cool head!

My pepperoni pizza was so old and hard it was inedible.

My boss is a disabled veteran, he showed up a few minutes before 1 p.m. When he arrived, there was a sign posted they were sold out of the veteran's special.

Plain basic pizza, I asked for garlic sauce didn't get any, was a younger person at the window, they didn't get a low mark for the sauce cause e they didn't charge me for it so it's like they never heard me

Place to order 25 minutes before I got the Little Caesars tonight, we got there in the order was not ready other people came in after us and picked up their order, there was a young kid getting pizzas out the oven and he had a black shirt on tonight, from the beginning I have a son with autism he kept staring at my son with autism with a little smirk on his face, waited like a half hour just for them to ham me my pizza and my cheese bread then they stated the waiting on crazy bread we had to wait another 25 minutes my son with autism was getting anxious and wanted to leave, play place by Pete's on the counter and my cheese bread, the punk in the black shirt kept walking around the store, he's too busy walking around the store then they finally gave us to our crazy bread we got home and the crazy bread was just one Big blob of dough, not even cooked, I will never go back to this Little Caesars again he needs a talking to by his boss.

Placed online order at 8:30 said they closed at 10, get there about 15 minutes later, EVERYTHING IS OFF AND THEY ARE CLOSED!!! Open sign was still on. Charged my bank and everything.

Ordered a custom pizza, pepperoni light cheese extra sauce. Checked and said this isn't right dude assured me it was. Instead of making my order correctly they slapped a sticker on a hot and ready and gave me that instead. Refused to fix my order
