Waited in the drive-thru for 35 minutes without being served and that was after another 2 other cars got out of line. Manager stated they’re short staffed, told them they should just close then because 6 other cars pulled out while I waited. Then after finally getting the order the food is ice cold. Will not be visiting again.
Made my friend sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes without getting helped. Rude and ignorant and im sure Ronald won’t be happy when he sees this
Their employees need complete re-training. With only two exceptions, there isn't a person in there, who knows what they're doing.
Just a few minutes ago, the hitler looking, skinny manager, tried to gaslight me, that it wasn't the fault of the cashier, that a mistake was made on the order, but MY fault.
I rang the order up?

First of all, the cashier did NOT do a read back on the order, and ONLY entered 'dine in', at my insistence.
