I recently went to this McDonald’s and received a used nugget box. I opened my nuggets and under the nuggets was old ketchup. It was so gross. I threw the nuggets away. I also ordered on the app but it still took 27 minutes to receive my order. I can get over that because I know stuff happens but cleanliness is important in food service.

Waited in the drive-thru for 35 minutes without being served and that was after another 2 other cars got out of line. Manager stated they’re short staffed, told them they should just close then because 6 other cars pulled out while I waited. Then after finally getting the order the food is ice cold. Will not be visiting again.

They consistently get my order wrong or forget items. Buns are sometimes hard or food is cold. We also hear the manager yelling at the staff and being condescending. Not great. The only positive is that it’s in a convenient location.

The girl in the drive thru has a nasty attitude, if you don’t like your job find a new one. But don’t treat customers like trash because you’re in a bad mood. That will ruin customer base.
