There's something to be said about bad service when the worker has their friends driving up in pulling in front of the customers in the Drive-Thru to give them a vape or whatever drugs they need

Took minutes for anyone to realize I was standing there employees behind where cursing every other word waited forever for the food, when I stated how long is my food going to seat there Maddie, I believe her name was gave a rude remarks about they can just take it to go the employees had where rude the manager gave a disgusted look at people my big Mac had almost no big Mac sauce they were very rude not toasting buns they where yelling that place needs better customer service

Ordered double quarter pounder meal with a large french fry large drink. My large fry was half full the sandwich was cold and my drink they poured from a can into cup. Never go back

The facility is mostly updated and maintained. But the service was off putting and rude, and the food was poorly made. When requested to remake one of the items after it looked like it was in someone’s fridge over night and reheated, I was mocked and told, “You bought a snack wrap.” The other one was obviously made fresh, so it is hard to contest that they were both made at the same time.

Waited 30+ mins for a diet coke. Service was very rude never apologized and rolled her eyes when I explained the person in front and behind m pulled away so the orders may be messed up.

Was horrible got our food and everything was just thrown in the bag. No bbq sauce and had to wait just for our fries to be cold and our bag a mess mind you i live less than 2 minutes down the road and the pop was flat. Absolutely horrible experience.
Every time your pulled over and waiting. How is it there is never food made. You need new management.

Rarely stop at McDonalds and remember why. Large fry was barely half filled and the container wasn't even fully opened on the bottom. 0 organization from staff. 1st person handed me my drink. 2 other employees tried to hand me another drink after waiting a bit in the drive thru then gave me an attitude when I said I already had my drink. Great job! Place hasn't changed a bit!

Was In this location on May 6 in the evening. Horrible service we wanted a blue slushy ok didn't have it so they asked if we wanted a different kind of a slushy 8 minutes goes by they give us our food no slushy I wanted another 15 minutes before they asked me if I wanted something else. Shouldn't u get your drinks first then food. Why are they so slow at night had a mobile order sat in drive thru for 22minutes. RIDICULOUS. Isn't curbside supposed to be for curbside only
