I ordered shrimp fried rice, and the rice was hard - undercooked! Super disappointed

I don't understand why there is fixed tips. Staff training is desperately needed. I offered her two dollars as a tip, but she said have to choose between three on the bills. I asked her to make it 4.8$ (18%). But, she took 6.31$. This place lost faith.

We really enjoyed our first visit to Mizu. The size of the soup bowls were ginormous! We tried 3 different unique appetizers & that soup was so satisfying. We also enjoyed the matcha ice cream & fried cheesecake. It was a great dinner celebrating the new venture of our former youth student Shawn & his travels to the south.

Food presentation was excellent! Very well-prepared, flavors were terrific. Chuck, our server, was extremely helpful, and he kept us checked on, topped off and with full bellies when we left.

Sushi here is really good! Though it is a bit on the pricy side, it always makes for a great treat. They also allow you to bring your own alcohol if you call ahead so you can have something to drink with your meal!
