Food and service is usually pretty good but most recent visit we were waiting in line and the guy taking the order for the person in front of us had gloves on..they paid in cash..he took the cash and gave change with the gloves on and continued back into the kitchen to prepare the food with the same gloves on. We left after seeing that.

The food was really good and the lady at the register was nice. The toddler running around next to the deep fryers with a roku remote was probably not smart though. I understand having to take your kids to work because you don't have a sitter, but not around things that could injure them or contaminate people's food.

They always only unlock one door literally the only restaurant that leaves a door locked so everyone can try to open it then go to the next one why not open both like normal people do. Ridiculous

The food was not so good. We ended up spending $78.95 on 4 people. Then to make it worse there was no toilet paper in the restrooms at all or changing stations. We also got sick from eating there. We learned a hard lesson.

I used to get Mr Hero for lunch all the time when I lived in Akron. I loved getting their cheesesteak sandwich. So today I picked it up for lunch and it was good but just didn’t live up to the memory.I paid for the larger portions and felt like I didn’t get anything extra. It was very overpriced for the portion size.Honestly I didn’t love it and probably won’t go back.
The staff were very courteous and nice! Food was made in a timely manner and delicious.

Ordered the original Italian and only got ham and salami on the sandwich. But, that's not the worst part! The guy that owns it thought it was ok to serve me moldy meat! I had to throw the whole thing away! I have pictures too!****Update****I stopped into the store to speak with the owner and he showed me that there was in fact all 3 meats on my sandwich. And he made me a new fresh sandwich and apologized for any inconvenience. I gotta say that a lot of places wouldn't have addressed this as quick as he did. And, made sure I left as a happy customer!I will definitely come back to this location!

This was a brand new store, so everything was immaculate. The service was prompt and precise. I LOVE the Roman burger, so I got that, and it was made hot-n-fresh for me. The sandwich was delicious and filling. This was a new year's eve miricle to find a Mr. Hero that was open at 8pm on new years eve and on my way back south to Maryland. I'm so very glad I stopped here for dinner!!! A+
