I went to Mr Hero in niles for 1st time today Nice clean and service was good food was fresh and good Thanks Rick and nice younglady at counter and cook very nice staff 9-8-2025 Only thing I can say is I wish the had more staff but running on 2 workers they were very professional 😀 and I will be back 😀 👍🏾

They suck in here and will charge you extra money. We bought 2 medium combos and 1 slider combo I did the math from the prices on the board and it came out to 37 dollars before tax. Tell me why this lady charged us for each item Al la carte so we ended up paying 53 dollars

Food and service is usually pretty good but most recent visit we were waiting in line and the guy taking the order for the person in front of us had gloves on..they paid in cash..he took the cash and gave change with the gloves on and continued back into the kitchen to prepare the food with the same gloves on. We left after seeing that.

The food was really good and the lady at the register was nice. The toddler running around next to the deep fryers with a roku remote was probably not smart though. I understand having to take your kids to work because you don't have a sitter, but not around things that could injure them or contaminate people's food.

They always only unlock one door literally the only restaurant that leaves a door locked so everyone can try to open it then go to the next one why not open both like normal people do. Ridiculous
The food was not so good. We ended up spending $78.95 on 4 people. Then to make it worse there was no toilet paper in the restrooms at all or changing stations. We also got sick from eating there. We learned a hard lesson.

I used to get Mr Hero for lunch all the time when I lived in Akron. I loved getting their cheesesteak sandwich. So today I picked it up for lunch and it was good but just didn’t live up to the memory.I paid for the larger portions and felt like I didn’t get anything extra. It was very overpriced for the portion size.Honestly I didn’t love it and probably won’t go back.
The staff were very courteous and nice! Food was made in a timely manner and delicious.
